Meet Miller. This lovely lady was kept as a pet in Tanzania, taught to smoke, drink and retrieve. She has been living a blessed life since being at the sanctuary. She is an escape artist and has been teaching her mates. Definitely going to be doing this more often๐๐๐ Plus summers here!!! We can play outside now ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ 17 min flow~~~~~~~~ in 50 sec Back story to all this is that prior to this, I was feeling kinda off, didn't feel like doing anything or going anywhere and just felt meh... But then the idea of going somewhere to breathe and relaaaaax on my own popped up in my head and I did just that! And its just what the doctor ordered. (Hehe, yes, I'm the doctor that ordered it๐คช๐๐คญ) Funny how doing stuff on your own is considered weird. I always have th urge to ask someone to accompany me and yes, its important to socialize and have friends but its also very important to be comfortable with your own company and enjoy doing things by yourself for yourself. Thats part of self care and most importantly self love! Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. For me self care is buying that dress, taking myself out for a meal, cutting out toxic ppl/traits/things from my life, eating well, working out, setting boundaries for myself, doing things that make me happy/spark joy... great for our mental health too. My Humble Yoga crow pose journey ๐๐๐ I've been practicing yoga from home since 2016 with the help of yoga with Adrienne and university of Youtube of course!๐ฅณ๐ฅณ๐ฅณ. I like it for the full body experience, stretching and improving flexibility part๐ Mmmm, I have like the weakest arms ever๐ and I've been working on improving my upper body strength for th past 2 months or so and I can already see progress! I managed to hold the crow pose for about 5 seconds๐ I couldn't even hold it for 1 second a few weeks ago. So that made me really happy.
