I say that because you can have a healthy mindset even if you feel negative sometimes. When developing a healthy mindset, remember the 5 C’s: ⠀ 🔹 Calm⠀ The ability to calm your mind when you’re under pressure is crucial to a healthy mindset.⠀ ⠀ 🔹 Clarity⠀ Get clarity on your priorities, goals, and values to help remove the overwhelm that comes from uncertainty.⠀ ⠀ 🔹 Compassion⠀ Be kind to yourself and focus less on how you compare to others.⠀ ⠀ 🔹 Concentration⠀ Keep your focus on your goals and what’s important to you, rather than distractions from outside sources.⠀ ⠀ 🔹 Courage⠀ When you procrastinate and avoid taking action, you stay stuck in the same place you’ve always been. No creo ser la única que a veces se vuelve víctima de sus emociones 🫠 Cuando esto me llega a pasar trato siempre de recordar que es válido y sanador tomarte un día a la vez. Hay días en los que te puedes comer al mundo y otros en los que el mundo te come a ti, pero no es fácil salir de eso. Una de las cosas que a mi me ayuda a salir de una etapa pesada es ver a mis amigas o ir al cine 🩷 nada te saca de tu cabeza como escuchar las historias de los demás. Te ayuda a tener mayor perspectiva y, tal vez, darte cuenta que algunos problemas no son tan grandes como lo parecen en nuestra mente 😫 Otra cosa que te puede ayudar es dedicarte un día a ti misma para ver una de tus series o películas favoritas (acompañada de tu vaso preferido y unos snacks muy delis 😋).
