Pe întinderea de uscat a întregii suprafețe a Pământului suntem atât de multe suflete întruchipate în corpuri de carne…diferiți ca așezare geografică, ca naționalitate, ca tradiție și cultură, ca aspect și nuanță a pielii! Chiar și așa, între atât de multe diferențe existente, între noi există și o asemănare…suntem ființe umane, oameni iar împreună formăm un întreg. Odihnă plăcută sufletelor care trăiesc pe suprafața pământului unde întunericul nopții s-a așternut, acolo unde doar Luna și Stelele mai luminează, de sus, pământul. Vouă, celorlalți unde zorii zilei luminează iar razele soarelui își fac simțită prezența (mai mult sau mai puțin), să aveți parte de încă o zi bună pe Pământ! Atât pe cerul acelora unde este noapte cât și pe cerul acelora unde este lumină, norii sunt cei cărora le este încredințat să pătrundă liberi atât pe cerul nopții cât și pe cerul zilei. Să treceți prin viață cu aceeași ușurință cu care norii pătrund pe Cer însă nu cu aceeași rapiditate…mai zăboviți puțin! Nu uitați că norii ies întotdeauna învingători pe oricare parte de Cer s-ar afla! Your past doesn’t define your future… As a kid I was an introvert. I was quiet, shy, had little confidence and this only got worse as I got older. When I went to high school I was bullied and ended up leaving at the age of 15, with no plan and no clue what I wanted to do with my life. My mum was very critical of me. I felt like I couldn’t do right for doing wrong. The years of criticism and the bullying left me with incredibly low self-esteem, absolutely no confidence, and a shit load of limiting beliefs! In my teens, I started to suffer from anxiety and depression, but it was weird because, in the beginning, I didn’t know what the anxiety was, I just knew it felt awful. I kept saying to my mum that I felt so down and she would say “you’re only 18, what have you got to be down about?”. 🙁 I had a dead end job, no money, and a terrible habit of getting off my face on drugs & alcohol every weekend to numb the pain of my existence. My future wasn’t looking very bright and I blamed the world for my problems. Then in 2019 I discovered personal development and really started to work on myself and my mindset. I’m now 35 years old and feeling better than I ever have. I have an amazing partner, a lovely home, and a business I’m very proud of. My confidence has grown massively, I’ve pushed myself out of my comfort zone on so many levels, and now I get to help other people change their lives. Life is good! No matter what your circumstances are now, it doesn’t mean it always has to be that way. You can choose a different future. It might take some work, you will have to do things differently, but you can create a better life. Day 19 🥱 Some days are good, some days are better, but every morning is the same; trying to convince myself to leave this little cave while all the early risers buzz around me. . I’m starting to realize how much I appreciate the people. Just having good vibing people around is what I crave, when all the faces are shining and the love is flowing. Sharing moments with others is one of life’s greatest gifts. But that’s for later. . Usually I do best to start the day in solitude, finding the peace within before being a peaceful presence outwardly. I retreat to the mountains and the forests and the sea, looking into the eyes of nature, filling my soul with light. . When the time comes to be social, I allow any opportunity to flow into my path. Whether it’s the person serving me coffee, the solo friend, the dance party or the forgotten person on the street, there’s always a little piece of God waiting for connection. . Yin. Yang. . I really like the way my neighbor say “hi” to me. เพื่อนบ้านน่ารักมาก แขวนกล้วยสองหวีร้อยด้วยเชือกกล้วย ห้อยไว้ให้ริมรั้ว เห็นแล้วยิ้ม อิ่มใจด้วย พื้นที่ประมาณ 100 ตรว. ฝั่งตรงข้ามบ้านเราที่เพื่อนบ้านซื้อไว้ แต่ไม่มาปลูกบ้าน ถูกปล่อยไว้ให้เป็นป่ากระถินมาหลายปี สองปีที่แล้ว เจ้าของที่ดินเริ่มเข้ามาปรับที่ดิน ล้อมรั้วและลงมือปลูกกล้วย และพืชอื่น ๆ ในสวน จนมาวันนี้ เริ่มมีผลผลิตจากในสวนบ้างแล้ว คุณลุงปลูกบ้านอยู่อีกที่ แต่ไม่ไกลกับสวนมาก มาสวนด้วยการขับรถกระบะมาจอดหน้าสวน ซึ่งก็คือหน้าบ้านเรา ทำให้ได้ทักทายพูดคุยกับคุณลุงหลายครั้ง เมื่อแวะเวียนมาดูแลสวน ได้รู้ว่าท่านเป็นคนชอบปลูกต้นไม้ แกมีที่ดินหลายแปลงแบ่งขาย แบ่งทำประโยชน์หลายอย่าง แกบอกว่ามาทำสวนได้ออกกำลังกาย ได้กินสิ่งที่ปลูกเอง แกมีความสุข ขอบคุณคุณลุงนะคะ ที่แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ในชีวิตหลายอย่าง รวมทั้งกล้วย ที่มาแขวนไว้ให้รอบนี้ คราวที่แล้วก็เอามาวางไว้ให้ทั้งเครือ เราก็กินไปแบ่งกระรอกไป #happinessistoshare #myneighbor #lifeisajourney #banana
