I’m a pop ⭐️ not a doctor 🤷🏻♀️ Although maybe I shoulda been with all this anatomy I’ve been learning 😬 I’m either slow at comprehending when the docs explain an exercise to me or I’m very aware of each muscle in my body, because I have all the questions!
