Very happy with the lat spread with the width and definition as of right now, If I was more locked in and focused on the form for the back double bi it could’ve been better but oh whale. -Size wise I’m feeling good, just still focusing on leaning out and getting back into longer cardio sessions. Switching up cardio tonight due to soreness in my legs. Just wanna get blood flow through them with the incline walking/stretching them out.
