As Sadhakas, what is the surest way to reap a good harvest for our spiritual effort? Bhagawan clearly explains it to us today. In Sadhana marga there are two steps, Vidhwamsaka (Removal of something), and Vidhayaka, (Conscious effort of developing something). When a farmer wants to sow seed in his land and get produce, the first thing he will do is to remove all unwanted bushes and weeds in the land. Thus, the first step is Vidhwamsaka or destroying unwanted things. Then he would plough and water the land and make it ready to sow seeds. Land here means “kshetra” which also stands for our heart. This heart is comparable to a land and the first thing that you must do is to cleanse it and remove impure thoughts which are already there. You must then plough that land with compassion and kindness and finally fill it up with the waters of prema. Only after filling it with prema, you can sow the seed of the Lord’s name. If you sow the seed in such a clean place which is well prepared, it will sprout easily. Thus cleanse your heart and sow the seed of the Lord’s name. Con i miei turisti...e una città in macerie 🧱 Quando i turisti mi dicono: "davvero, anche #Colonia è stata bombardata a tappeto durante la 2° G.M.? pensavo solo Dresda e Berlino..." 😮 io rispondo con le foto della città nel 1945 distrutta al 97%. Uno dei luoghi della #Memoria qui (ed è uno dei miei luoghi preferiti) è il complesso #Kolumba, sul luogo dove sorgeva la chiesa di S.Colomba ⛪️. Ci passo sempre con le #guide città, come oggi durante il 🚩 #tour classico medio con questa simpatica turista. Ed entro anche a far visitare la #Cappella della #Madonna tra le macerie 🧱, costruita per una statua di Maria 👩🦰 che, come unica cosa rimasta in piedi, si è salvata in mezzo al mare di macerie della chiesa bombardata. Visto che è appena iniziato il mese dedicato alla nostra Madre celeste 😇, tutte le statue mariane qui sono anche meravigliosamente adornate con fiori 💐 Con la 🚩 visita guidata nel #museo del Nazionalsocialismo 🏛 #NS_Dok la mia turista ha potuto vedere immagini ancora più intense e ascoltare raccontare la storia di quel periodo nero della storia europea...per capire e non ripetere gli stessi errori! Cuando nos topamos con un rapel de alto riesgo, debemos hacer uso de los sistemas desembragables, ya que esto nos permitirá solventar la mayoría de los problemas/rescates que se nos puedan presentar, de una manera rápida y con nulo esfuerzo ya que la gravedad se encargará de solventar el problema que se nos pueda presentar, preocupándonos únicamente por realizar un descenso fluido y controlado. Es importante mencionar que en los sistemas que depende de un bloqueo por fricción, el punto de mayor fricción es el paso de la cuerda a través de maillon. Sistemas 1.-Joker, este sistema solo permite desembragar una sola línea a la vez, mientras las dos líneas no estén ocupadas al mismo tiempo, consta de un bloqueo por fricción 2.-Doble dinámico con bloqueo por nudo de mula y remate, este sistema permite desembragar cualquiera de las dos líneas siempre y cuando contemos con cuerda de reserva 3.-Jester, este sistema solo permite desembragar una sola línea a la vez, mientras las dos líneas no estén ocupadas al mismo tiempo, consta de un bloqueo por fricción. ⚠️ Es importante recalcar que este sistema consta del bloqueo por fricción más débil siendo importante bloquear la cuerda que no esté en uso para evitar un movimiento involuntario, especialmente cuando se trabaja con cuerdas de bajo diámetro 4.Sistema combinado de Jester y Dinámico Es importante conocer que el cañonismo es un deporte que implica riesgos por lo que es inherente tomar un curso profesional que respalde tus conocimientos.
