Not much sun, lots of wind, and cold waters, but many of us went swimming anyway. Fun and happiness don’t come easy. One has to choose, all the time. "I'm not good at yoga, is this retreat ok for me?" 100% yes. I have at least one yoga newbie and one advanced yogi on each retreat - the rest of us are somewhere in the middle. Every 'body' is different. It's more of an opportunity to release tension and stress in a gorgeous outdoor space. Oh and there's so much more on offer - each retreat is different. - - - And 3. These friendships last! We have begun to form a really loving retreat community from across the globe. Is it "bad" that I'm posting lots of photos from past retreats? I can't help it. I've got yoga retreats on my mind.
