There are a lot of things to learn from compost. This publication holds a Sonic Mediation for exploring how your body is comprised of compost, things that are made because of compost, is always composting, and will return to the Earth via composting when you are done. This is the first sonic meditation I have published in 4 years. I will make a recorded version of it where I facilitate the meditation so you can do it on your own or in a group. I will be leading a 3 hour Deep Listening workshop in a remnant of the Great Black Swamp this summer in NW Ohio that will include this meditation, but tuned to the composting that is always happening in a forested swamp.
