One of my fav things to do is attending the opening of musicals and live theatres. It’s always such a delight to watch the performances and get to meet the cast and production team 🎬 For me, it’s not the red carpet glam, it’s the profound passion of the performers that I find so fascinating and admirable 🤩 The Sound of Music by @theatricalinc was very special 💛 my heart was deeply strung by the children who played their roles so beautiful, with so much excitement, from before, during to after the show 🎶 Their joyous energy and dedication to art at this young age makes me wonder how can we instill more of this to every kid out there? I mean, you can even see their respect and gratitude for producers, fellow performers, media and audience. Every opening night deepens my own purpose and ambitions, as I see others (all ages) pursue and perform so brilliantly 🤓 a great reminder to surround yourself with people you can learn something from and work with people that are better at their craft than you are. New Cheese Alert!! Der Käse ist sehr lecker! This Austrian Mountain cheese, true to its name, is produced at 850m, in Schoppernau, a town in the Bregenzerwäld Region. If you don’t know it, google it, you’ll want to go there!! 🏔️ And if you can’t go there, well, we’ve made it easy for you, just come here and enjoy a true taste of the mountains. It’s refined for a minimum of 6 months to develop its nutty, spicy, zippy character. Beautiful to just sink your teeth into its dense paste, but being an alpine cheese, it’s certainly a worthy consideration for melting in fondue or other such dishes requiring a clean melting cheese with an assertive presence.
