تمارين للتخلص من ألم أسفل الظهر 1- الجرش الجزئي يساعد هذا التمرين على تقوية عضلات الظهر والبطن، بشرط أن يتم ممارسته في ضوء الخطوات التالية: - استلقِ على الأرض، مع ثني الركبتين. - ضع يديك خلف رقبتك. - شد عضلات البطن، مع رفع الكتفين والرأس عن الأرض. - أخرج الزفير وأنت ترفع كتفيك. - استمر على هذه الوضعية لمدة ثانية، ثم عد إلى وضعية البداية. - كرر هذه الحركات من 8 إلى 12 مرة 2-تمدد اوتار الركبة من التمارين الفعالة للتخلص من آلام أسفل الظهر، أما عن طريقة ممارسته، فهي بسيطة، كما هو موضح فيما يلي: - اجلس على الأرض دون فرد الظهر، مع ثني ركبة واحدة فقط. - لف منشفة حول باطن القدم. - اسحب المنشفة ببطء، بحيث تشعر بتمدد طفيف في الجزء الخلفي من الساق. - استمر في السحب لمدة تتراوح بين 15 و30 ثانية. - كرر هذه الحركات من مرتين إلى 4 مرات مع كل ساق. 3-جلوس الحائط اتكاء الظهر على الحائط مع ثني الركبتين، وكأن الجسم في وضعية الجلوس، لمدة 10 ثوانٍ، بمعدل يتراوح من 8 إلى 12 مرة، قد يساهم في تخفيف آلام العمود الفقري 4-تمرين الضغط لضمان التخلص من آلام أسفل الظهر عن طريق هذا التمرين، يجب ممارسته بطريقة صحيحة، وفق ما يلي: - استلق على بطنك، مع وضعين اليدين تحت الكتفين. - ادفع جسمك إلى أعلى، بحيث يكون باطن اليدين على الأرض. - اثبت على هذه الوضعية لعدة ثوانٍ. 5-تمرين رفع الركبة إلى الصدر استلقِ على ظهرك، مع ثني الركبتين. - ارفع ركبة واحدة في اتجاه الصدر. - استمر على هذه الوضعية لمدة 15 أو 30 ثانية، ثم اخفض ركبتك. - كرر هذه الحركات من 2 إلى 4 مرات مع كل ساق. 6-تمرين الجسر استلق على ظهرك. - اثنِ ركبتيك، مع وضع الكعبين فقط على الأرض. - فرد ذراعيك على الأرض، مع رفع الفخذين والصدر لأعلى. - استمر على هذه الوضعية لمدة 6 ثوانٍ. - انزل فخذيك ببطء في تجاه الأرض، ثم استرح لمدة 10 ثوانٍ. - كرر هذه الحركات من 8 إلى 12 مرة. . . #health #wellness #sport #sports #activ #stayhealthy #stayactive #bexer #saudi #tips #healthylifestyle #excercise #excersicetips #advice #motivation #motivational

YES, I’m on vacation. NO, I don’t have access to any of my usual workout classes. BUT, I STILL found a way to move my body. . . . . Even if it’s taking a walk on the beach, doing some jumping jacks, or going through a set of sun salutations, try and carve out some time this holiday weekend to move your body.
