We drove to the Hospital Point lighthouse at the edge of Beverly. There is a lovely public park, Lynch Park. Above the beach area is a large grassy area with a stage & fixed benches. I imagine concerts there during the summer with the sun setting. This is a heritage site as well with a lovely brick walled garden that opens up to the bay. Fun for the dogs on the beach but the locals were more restrained in the park so we followed suit. Seljalandsfoss is another super popular waterfall on Iceland's South Coast. It is fairly unique in that, in warmer months, there is a passage that encircles the waterfall, allowing visitors to pass behind the falls.
