These photos speak volumes to me! 😱 The one on the left was not happy within herself at all. Smiling on the outside but definitely not on the inside. Carrying extra weight (physically & mentally), feeling uncomfortable and wearing baggy clothing to hide her body. Believe it or not, I know in that pic, my confidence was low and although I always tried to put on a brave face, it was a lonely time in my life. The one on the right is most definitely happy, way more confident and super excited for the future. She has her glow back! 🥳 I can tell you now, up until about 8 months ago, there is no way I would have worn a figure-hugging dress like the black one. If I’m really honest, I NEVER thought I’d buy one like that…EVER again. How many of you are supplementing magnesium daily❓ Poor crop quality and modern day food processing methods make it very difficult to get enough magnesium through dietary sources alone. 🙌 Magnesium is needed in our body for so many functions and many of us are deficient.
