Good morning and happy Thursday. With just over three weeks to go until I’m back in the magic I’m in full planning mode. We’re doing three park days - Epcot, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. The park outfits, ears and loungeflys are picked and ready but I need a full park day itinerary for each to really max out time there. I’m more familiar with Magic Kingdom than any other Disney park so any tips and tricks would be amazing. I need to figure out the attractions and rides to do, shows and parades to see, best foodie options - especially at Epcot! Does anyone know if you can get the Beignets there? I’m dying to try them. I also wish Epcot did the Frushi all year round too cause that looks incredible!! What are your must do things in the Disney Parks?

“All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” Today I officially start the journey to open this door. I am moving in to college today! I’m a Marketing/Communications major and a Dance minor. I have no doubt that these next four years will be a rollercoaster of struggles, emotions, and late-night Starbucks runs but it will all be worth it when I can follow my dream of working for the Walt Disney Company. From dancing with my sister all the way through Hollywood Studios doing High School Musical choreography alongside the parade float, to catching Anna’s eye as she rounded the corner in the Festival of Fantasy parade, and at 18 still watching in awe of the Zebra dancer in Festival of the Lion King; the magic of Walt Disney World has made me the person I am today. My dream in life is to make that magic for other little dreamers like me. How do you feel about Resort Bus transfers from Disney Resorts to the Parks? •Did you know if you drive to your Disney Vacation you can also drive to the parks at no fee? • Also some Resorts have other options besides the buses. • I love them when they aren’t crowded but when they are crowded it is not as easy of a transfer. • Reach out and let’s discuss what other options for transfers you have to get your family to the parks besides the busses. “It takes people to make the dream a reality” Walt Disney For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to incorporate MORE Disney into my life! ✨ As a little girl I wanted to be Cinderella when I grew up, as a teenager I wrote papers on Walt Disney and created a budget for what it would cost a family to go to Disney World! 👑 When I was dating my husband I stood in line for Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point for 3+ hours because he promised he’d ride Dumbo with me if I rode this insane new roller coaster!🎢 As a mom to 4 kiddos, I made it my mission to take them to Disney World as often as we could, watched every Disney movie and sang every Disney song with them. I’ve created Disney loving monsters, especially in my daughters who share my love and passion for everything Disney. 🥰 And NOW…as an adult with older kids, I’ve made it my job to help people plan Disney vacations. It’s a dream come true. I get to visit my happy place multiple times every year & I’m a WDW annual Passholder. I’ve met and created friendships with other Disney loving woman who I absolutely adore! Only 17 days to go, so I think it’s time for a role reveal!🎉 I put a box in my stories for guesses, but no one got it! I will say that this role is subject to change though I hope it doesn’t. I’ll find out my for sure role and location when I get my itinerary in a little over a week. I’m super excited about my role because it would have been one of my top choices (if we had been able to put preferences). 19 months ago I went on what I thought was just going to be a 2 week vacation. That was extended indefinitely, until we got an email in September that we sadly would no longer be a part of the Walt Disney world company. Like many of the impacted cast members, I was devastated!! This was now the second time I was no longer a Disney cast member, against my own will. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced. (I mean living through a global pandemic at the same time didn’t help!!) After 19 long months away, I’m so very excited to announce that I have been rehired!! I will be starting a new role with the Walt Disney company this coming week, right after the start of the 50th celebration! I’m ecstatic to finally be going back, and at such a magical time too!! I am devastated to know that today will be my last day as a Disney cast member. I am one of the 28,000 that have been laid off. . These last two years have been amazing and wouldn’t change them for the world! . My greatest hope is that I’ll be able to rejoin the company in the future and make magic again! . For her most recent co-op, our current Outreach Chair, Quincy, participated in the Disney College Program where she was a merchandise cast member at Mouse Gear, the second largest store on property! When off work, she enjoyed the park, learned about Disney, and partook in the cast yoga, where Walt Disney World Jobs took her picture and posted it as the media content for the event! I can’t believe in 24 hours I will be leaving what became my home for the past four months. It still feels unreal that this magical journey of mine is coming to an end in Florida. But I hope to keep making magic every day for every person I meet. My dream is to continue working for the company in New York City.
