The candle wax was low but didn’t burn out and when I tell you it created a fire somehow that hovered over the candle (kind of magical…If it weren’t so scary) it was unreal!!! The entire basement full of smoke…. Sometimes to the point that we weren’t always sure he was properly breathing. It got scary many times over the years. We went to specialists, did shots, and has been on every allergy medication out there. Still no true relief. Then one day I noticed the front of our white cabinets had turned a grey tint. Soooooooooooo, I did a morning workout today. Yes, I'm feeling ok for those of you who are wondering since I don't usually do this. 🤣 My knee felt great all day until about an hour ago. Broke out my pain cream and I'm feeling better. 😁 I love it because it works just like something I used to get in the store, but it's so much better since there isn't any yucky chemicals in it. Just plant-based goodness. I usually also make my recovery drink after exerting myself, I just didn't get around to it until this evening. Sigh. Definitely would've been a good idea this morning 😂. I've got antioxidants, electrolytes, branch-chain amino acids, and MSM in here. Plus, I also added some Vitality oils to help my body recover as well. I love this since, again, it's plant-based and there is no sugar or artificial colors. So much better for you than the sports drinks in the store. And yes, it does taste good too! 😁
This week sure has been rough. Not sure what is going on out there, but I'm going to say it was the full moon. With this, it has been SUPER hard getting through the workday. Like struggle bus hard. Ready to make vacation coffee hard. Instead I grabbed a couple of oils and got them into my diffuser. Within the hour I was feeling better. Today is definitely a Monday. It is possible to have a case of the Mondays even when you are working from home. It literally started at 9:05 today and didn't stop. By 9:30, there was an oil that I wanted. And I wanted it bad. I wanted it so bad that I went through a box of oils that are awaiting for me to acquire their new home (Quarantine project in progress, stay tuned 😁) while I was talking to a customer on the phone. Yup, nothing was stopping me. 🤣 So, I managed to find this oil. I have been breathing in this bottle ALL afternoon. I'm feeling much better now. I love it on these challenging days because it helps me to get to a place where I can focus on my work and not all of the negativity that I am dealing with.

Just a few years ago I liked to burn candles. I would burn them cause I loved the aroma they would put off into the air. I would especially burn them during certain times of the year. All summer, fall season around Thanksgiving and the season Christmas. I would literally save all my coupons then I’d run to that popular store and buy enough candles to give as Christmas gifts and for myself!! ~What are you diffusing~ I get asked all the time what makes my house smell so good.. and of course oils! Most days I’m either diffusing something based on our specific needs that day or my favorite Anthro Blend(I’m not the one who discovered it). I used to be a candleholic one in every room kinda girl.. ya so so bad for us and I had no clue. Once I switched from candles and air freshners to oils though guess what no more migraines go figure..All the toxins in artificial scents can really do a number on our bodies and we don’t even know it til it’s too late..This blend is magical I usually make all my blends in big batches so I’m not grabbing a bunch of bottles. Had a full, fun and tiring Saturday. But, it was also super fulfilling. Started off my day working at my favorite "satellite office" for my business where I spent over an hour working on some tasks and some planning for a couple of hours. Then after some food, I cleaned up the yard. Yup. I picked up sticks. A.Lot.Of.Sticks. Phew! It looks so much better now. Then, here's the best part. I spent the afternoon with one of my nieces. Quality one on one time and when she asked if we could go to the bookstore, well (insert heart melting emoji please). Kid after my own heart. ❤️.
