Also merkt euch dieses leckere Rezept schon einmal vor! 🌱 Diese Frühlingspasta ist wunderbares Rezept für die schnelle Feierabendküche. Sie schmeckt superlecker, aromatisch und ist ruck-zuck gekocht! 🙌 Du benötigst für 4 Portionen: 🌱PESTO 80 g Bärlauch 80 g Parmesankäse 100 g Olivenöl 100 g Ricotta (alternativ Frischkäse) 40 g Pinienkerne, geröstet etwas geriebene Zitronenschale 🍝WEITERE ZUTATEN 400 g Spaghetti 500 g grüner Spargel Spritzer Zitronensaft Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat nach Bedarf Pinienkerne, geröstet Parmesankäse, gerieben frisches Basilikum ▶️Parmesankäse fein reiben. Mit den restlichen Zutaten für das Pesto in einem Mixer o. ä. zerkleinern, bis eine homogene Masse entsteht. ▶️Holzige Enden vom Spargel ggf. abschneiden.
