Listos para otra semana y otro lunes de pasta ??? Pues aquí os dejo nuestra pasta de hoy, esta vez diferente con un toque asiático que también queda riquisoma. NOODLES CON VERDURAS Y GAMBAS. Primero cortamos nuestras verduras en tiras no demasiado finas. Yo he puesto pimiento rojo y verde , zanahoria , calabacín y cebolla. Salteamos nuestras verduras y pasados unos minuto ( queremos que queden crujientes ) echamos las gambas y unos ajos con la ralladura de gengibre. Mezclamos y agregamos la salsa, para la misma hemos utilizado … soja, vinagre de arroz, salsa de ostras, azúcar moreno y agua en la habremos diluido una cdta. de maicena. Dejamos cocinar hasta que la salsa coja un poco de espesor y ponemos los noodles que habremos hervido antes un par de minutos. Cocinamos unos 5 min más y listo. Add 4 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. When melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 4. Next, add 3 tbsp of tomato paste & mix. This recipe was shared with me by the mother of my friend Signora Ornella. It’s a simple dish made with simple ingredients: gnocchi (You can see the recipe on my feed), tomato sauce, mozzarella and fresh basil. The result will depend on the quality of the ingredients: The better the tomato sauce, the better the mozzarella, the better the results. I’m not kidding, the flavor in this dish relies entirely on the quality of the tomato sauce and of the mozzarella. Ingredients: -Gnocchi 500 g -Onion (I used shallots) -Garlic 2 cloves -Tomato puree 400 g -10 basil leaves -2 large balls of fresh mozzarella instructions: 1.Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, fry for a couple of minutes. 2.Reduce heat to low. Stir in tomato puree, Roughly chop basil leaves and add to sauce. 3. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until sauce thickens. 4.Stir in cooked gnocchi (cook the gnocchi for 2 minutes) 5.Top the gnocchi with the mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes until the mozzarella cheese is melted, bubbling and golden. ❕Gnocchi- i have a step by step guide for making incredible potato gnocchi which I totally recommend following to make this dish.
