Pizzateig fรผr einen ganz dรผnnen Boden. Der Teig hat uns richtig gut geschmeckt obwohl ich nur 30 std. hab gehen lassen. Das Geheimnis eines guten Pizzateiges ist die lange Gehzeit im Kรผhlschrank. ๐ Fรผr 8 Pizzas 26cm Durchmesser ๐ 600ml Wasser 10g Hefe 1kg Pizzamehl ( ich hatte Dinkelpizzamehl von Mรผhlenlรคdle) 3 Tl Salz 2El Olivenรถl alles mit der Kรผchen Maschine fรผr 20min kneten. Abgedeckt 2std ruhen lassen. Den Teig in 8 Portionen (200g) teilen, zu Kugeln formen in Folie einpacken und im Kรผhlschrank gehen lassen min 2 Tage. Der Teig kann bis zu 5 Tage im Kรผhlschrank gehen. Vor dem backen einzelne Kugeln leicht kneten, 1 std bei Raumtemperatur stehen lassen. ๐ Teig ausrollen oder ziehen.. Ich muss es noch etwas รผben ๐ Am besten auf Maismehl. Den Pizzaschieber mit Maismehl einstreuen, Teig drauf. Der Teig sollte sich darauf schieben lassen. Tomatensauce, Kรคse und nach Wunsch belegen. Weitere Zutaten sollten auf den Kรคse gelegt werden.! Den Rockcrok Grillstein im Backofen auf der hรถchsten Stufe leer! vorheizen. Hatte Heiรluft 250ยฐ Die Pizza mit Hilfe vom Pizzaschieber auf den Stein schieben und fรผr 6-7 min backen. Je nach Wunschfarbe. ๐ Hab die Pizza halbiert und in Frischaltefolie gewickelt. We made ziti tonight! We used the #RockCrock for everything! The #MixNChop helped Eliza brown the meat all by herself (!!) with me close by, then we rinsed it out, boiled the ziti, then after we drained the pasta, combined everything with some marinara and cheese, and into the oven it went! To finish, I used some leftover toasted garlic panko crumbs from @tracy.pollanโs cookbook โMostly Plantsโ and broiled it for a few to get the cheese to melt and the breadcrumbs became extra crunchy. It was delicious!
Talk about one pot meal!! Baked spaghetti! Featuring our ROCKCROCK (my favorite product from pampered chef!!) 1) First I used my manual food processor (my second favorite product from pampered chef) to mince up onion and zucchini really small 2) then I sautรฉed it on the stovetop with the Rockcrock (yes it can go on top the stove top). 3) Then I added my grass fed organic ground beef, fresh garlic, seasonings, and organic pasta sauce. let simmer. 4) while simmering, I cooked up some gluten free organic superfood noodles (made with extra veggies like spinach, kale, lentils, beets). 5) add noodles to Rockcrock with spaghetti sauce.
