Easy Slow Cooker Meal 🍂 This is your sign to turn your slow cooker on! I’m still obsessing over slow cooker season, it’s so perfect for us busy mums and dads who have mouths to feed at the end of a long day! This is a cross between chilli con carne and macaroni cheese - don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! Two of my favourite meals combined into one - and it’s a minimal effort slow cooker meal 🥹 So if you’re loving your slow cooker follow along for more, I’ll be posting a few new recipes a week 🙋🏼‍♀️ Chilli Mac and Cheese Serves 4-6 portions Suitable from 6 months Ingredients 500g beef mince 200g macaroni pasta 500g passata 1 - 2 tsp verylazyfooduk chopped garlic (or 2 cloves crushed) 1 tin of kidney beans (water drained) 2 bell peppers chopped (any colour) 1 onion diced 70g frozen or tinned sweetcorn 400ml beef stock (substitute with zero salt stock or water if feeding to children under the age of 1) My Baby Mexican Spice Mix: * 1 tsp garlic power * 1/2 tsp paprika * 1 tsp oregano * 1tsp cumin * 1/4 tsp smoked paprika * 1 pinch cinnamon * 1/4 tsp turmeric * 1/4 tsp chilli powder * 100g grated cheddar cheese Method Add all of the ingredients aside from the macaroni and the cheese to the slow cooker.
