Book Review: Just some thoughts that changed my life by Sarika Amani. Rating: โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ. 5 Just some thoughts that changed my life is not like any other self help book. It is a beautiful compilation of the authorโs thoughts and experiences. To begin with Sarika talks about how being an introvert she found it difficult to express her needs and aspirations in fear of being ridiculed. As she started to write her thoughts down in her blog it gave her the confidence and acknowledgement she needed and she also realised how many people she was helping. There are so many of us who can completely relate to every word in the book and its a testimony that most of her experiences have something in common with us. The writing is so simple yet powerful and i feel like we can use the book as an everyday affirmation. Each thought of the author is so well explained that if we all had our own thoughts written down it would have a striking similarity. Another amazing part of the book was the authorโs daughterโs poems , it merges well with her motherโs words. The key takeaways at the end of the book is another special treat. I would highly recommend this book , its not just a one time read I would definitely use it everyday as a daily affirmation! #bookreview #bookreviewer #sarikaamani #justsomethoughtsthatchangedmylife #reviewclub #bookstagram #bookworm #motivation #selfhelp #selfcare #inspiration #selfworth #lifeisbeautiful #booklover #bookshealthesoul

๐ชRating - โญโญโญโญโญ ๐ชBook - Just some thoughts... that changed my life ๐ชAuthor - Sarika Amani (@m.y.thought.s ) Review --> "Life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself." โค๏ธWow, What did I just read, I mean I'm speechless. It's very rare where I read book similar to self-help or a book of someone's experience and I actually like it, but I loved this one. ๐ซถIt's my most highlighted book because I can totally relate to some of the phases of author's life especially the parts where she was so self-conscious about her smile that she either looked down or covered her mouth and not voicing her needs & aspirations. Because I feel the same way even now. Her reasons and my reasons are same to why we became a book lover (To know the reason read the book). It can be your comfort book, the book in which you found solace. ๐ซถReading it felt like someone like your elder sister is guiding you through the life. Sarika's writing is simple and powerful. Her writing captivates you in her thoughts. She shares her experience and learning through the book. What we saw on the cover page and what we experience in the book are completely different, I mean the cover is simple and elegant but and the title is also simple but don't let that deceive you, the content in the book is far more captivating and powerful enough for you to give sometime to your thoughts. ๐คI guess I can proudly say that these are some thoughts( I'm talking about book) that are going to change my life or atleast my thought process. I truly recommend it to each and everyone of you. . . . QOTD - Have you read the book yet? Do you read Self Help Books? "Just Some Thoughts That Changed My Life" is a book that really changed things for me. It's by Sarika Amani, and she shares her own journey of how she found a new way to look at life. She talks about facing tough times and how she turned things around by thinking more positively and changing her daily habits. It's not just about changing thoughts, though. Amani shows how she made real changes in her life, like in her daily routines. It's like reading her life story, which makes it interesting and relatable. Even though it's a self-help book, it feels like an autobiography, too. Amani's own experiences make it easy to connect with the book. She shares examples and insights that make you feel like you're right there with her. It's not the most revolutionary book out there, but it's easy to read and understand. Whether you're into self-help books or just starting out, this one's great. It gives you practical advice and inspiration to deal with life's ups and downs. ๐พ Rated 9/10 Melina L. Just Some Thoughts that Changed My Life by Sarika Amani ๐ Rating: โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ.5 Ever wondered what happens to people who are challenged repeatedly but still keep going on, I mean what makes them, to be so open, to have a new positive outlook towards life when they could have been easily broken in. Perspective could be the answer, but that too can be easily influenced by surroundings right?. The author throws some light on this in her own style. ๐ค๐ When I started reading this book, I expected it to be introspective. It was but was blown away by the humility of the author, which was so refreshing that I got sucked in immediately. The writing was honest to the bone, and what made me stick through the whole book, is that it didnโt feel like a self-help book, more like the author is highlighting her biggest lessons in her life. ๐ This might be TMI, but I have had to go through stuff too, what made me keep going is not people around me but actually just me, going on an introspective journey to fix my patterns, heal and bring in light and keep going, so this book felt like home for me. In a way, I felt like I had come full circle. ๐ฅน๐ฉต It doesnโt mean that I agree with everything, because every person will have their own lessons and learnings with mixed perspectives. But I also wonโt comment on them, as they have worked for the author. ๐ฉต I also completely agree with the authorโs ending notes that there is no ending in struggle with our demons, as life is an evolving process, as we are healed, more and more layers come up, we need to keep working through them. ๐โโ๏ธ๐ Book Recommendation - Hell Yeah. ๐ค QOTD: Have you read any introspective books lately ? ๐ค Mental Health, Life, Introspection ๐ท๏ธ #bookstagram #bookreview #booklover #justsomethoughtsthatchangedmylife #sarikaamani #life #trauma #complexities #experience #introspection #mentalhealth
