This is not a pat on my own back post. This is a “stretch” post. See…it’s just felt a little easier lately, lately as in 2020-2021, to hunker down in to my own spaces and stay there. Less people. Less drama. Less showing up for others, when I’m just hanging on to my own stuff by the proverbial thread. Maybe you understand. I mean, there is so much division and opinion and upheaval…it just feels safer and less chaotic and a whole lot less stressful to just stay hunkered down. Ya know? I found myself starting to get in agreement with this position… but what’s interesting is the more I “stayed to myself” and out of the fray, the more the isolation felt like a prison. Freedom called. It said, “Step out of your boundaries. Look for the hurting. Listen for the calling. Serving others is self care on a whole’nother level!” I heeded the call and found my Joy return. Found hope looks a lot like someone checking in. Rediscovered reaching out can be simple, like a door dash delivery, a loaf of bread, a voice messaged prayer, a card in the mail, an invitation to go for a walk…but what it unlocks in the one you serve can be so complex. And friend, THAT unlocking is Kingdom Building. See people. Love them. Make Him Known. Serving is Kingdom building. It’s freedom fighting. It’s love… in action and what it does for you… is just as powerful! It’s ok to need boundaries and quiet time and more space behind your own closed door, but friend… Don’t get stuck there. This world needs our love. Our hope. Our joy. The kind YOU can specifically bring 🧡⚔️🤍- showing up with kindness in the simplest of ways. Let’s do that more. Not for the pat on the back, but for the triple activated promise of the love it brings. Love God… Love yourself… So you can love others well! Let’s stretch ourselves into spaces where we can serve others in Love. #forsuchatimeasthis

WHAT AN HONOR TO BE CALLED TO MAKE HIM WHOM IS INVISIBLE VISABLE, OR HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN WHY YOU WERE CALLED? IN Matthew 5:15, Jesus commands us not to hide our light but let it be seen. REMEMBER MY BEAUTIFUL SISTERS, and BROTHERS, YOU ARE the CHURCH, YOU are a haven to those who are in darkness, and a haven from the wrath of God to come. SOULS are at stake, many are dying without salvation and YOU can not afford to blend in with society or keep your light hidden. The world needs to see YOU as a beacon of hope. You say you are a Christian and Christ is in you right? Then you know that HE is the ONLY hope for ALL mankind, so SHINE and those with eyes to see will be drawn to our amazing Father all because of YOU. Jesus tells his followers, those of us who proclaim Him as LORD, that WE will be the ones to carry HIS light forth into the dark places of the world and introduce Him as Savior and Lord to the heart of man. He also said that, it is by OUR LOVE that the world will be able to RECOGNIZE us as the people of God (John 13:35). It is by OUR BOLDNESS and COURAGE NOT TO COMPROMISE our stance for truth that the world will recognize that we have “been with Jesus” (Acts 4:13). Do you remember where you were and what was going on in your life before you encountered Jesus? What lie has the Lord dismantled and destroyed in your life? Tell somebody how good Jesus is! They conquered him completely through the blood of the Lamb and the powerful word of his testimony. (The Greek is “the word of their testimony.” It is the faithful testimony of Jesus that has the power to destroy the works of the devil.) They triumphed because they did not love and cling to their own lives, even when faced with death. Rev 12:11
MEDITATION MONDAY WHAT SCRIPTURES ARE YOU MEDITATING ON TODAY? WHAT IS GOD REVEALING TO YOU TODAY? The Bible, contains God's Holy, Supernatural and Faith Producing Words that we are to meditate on day and night, hide in them in our hearts so that we will not forget and sin against Him. GOD'S WORD is the ONLY thing, when applied as instructed, that will cause us to want to obey Him and enable us to obey and live by God's word which is Ultimate Truth. God’s Word is a shining light that we must trust to guide us in our daily choices and decisions; when we do, the revelation or rhema, which is the revealed knowledge of God's word will ALWAYS make our pathway clear and cause us to walk in victory.
"Lord, What are you doing now”? Most of us are always looking at what God has done and what He will do, missing what He is doing NOW. As the founder of Women Ablaze Intl Min, I find myself in a new season, a season of tearing down and rebuilding. Honestly I'm a little nervous, but I know God has bigger and greater plans. So as I seek God for the days ahead, He reminds me that tomorrow will take care of it self and my assignment is to focus on right now. Right Now I need to be still, listen, trust, watch and obey. It has not been easy, but I'm fighting the good fight of faith, with the determination to stand, resisting anxiousness and Be Still until God says otherwise. Please keep WAIM in your prayers. Where is your focus today? Are you in the midst of a devastating battle? Have you been rejected, lost a job or a loved one? Is your marriage, health or ministry on the brink of falling apart? Are you seeking God concerning a new business, career or relationship? God is more concerned about spiritual and character development than worldly success. Try asking God the question, “ Father, what are you doing?” What are you doing in me today? And if you truly desire to know, I'm sure you'll hear a still small voice will whisper back. “Be still and know that I am God” Psalm 46:10-11 (My beautiful daughter) Surrender your anxiety!(Relax, Be Still) Be silent and stop your striving and you will see that I am God. (Who is mighty and faithful to those who put their faith and confidence in me) I am the God above all the nations, and I will be exalted (through your testimony) throughout the whole earth. Set free is to set free That was today’s message at church and let me tell you I needed to hear it. I woke up this morning extremely anxious and felt this heavy weight on my heart. A lot of changes are happening and I’m feeling overwhelmed at trying to control the uncontrollable. This feeling has been heavy over my heart a lot lately but today’s service was like a breath of fresh air. Something about being so vulnerable and just being in the moment with God was so freeing. That’s exaclty was preached about today, how Jesus forgave us without a second thought and we need to forgive as we were forgiven. (Ephesians 4:32) This is the only way to be truly released.❤️🙏🏾 This is your sign to let go of whatever is holding you back, whatever is weighing you down, need to release it in order to be released and finally free. We had a great time representing our Heavenly Father by blessing our community with smiles, mask, school supplies gifts and prayer. As believers, it is very important that we represent Christ everywhere we go and not just on Sundays. We are to LOVE EVERYONE (👉LOVE is an action word👈) no matter what they believe, who they are or how they live their lives, loving even our enemies 😬. Going to church or being baptized in water doesn't make you a Christian. A Christian is one who has acknowledged the need of Transformation (that ONLY Faith in Jesus can give) and received the gift of salvation that transforms them, which enables them to submit their lives to the Lord, ALLOWING JESUS TO LIVE THROUGH THEM, which always result in GOD being known and glorified. As Christians, WE ARE THE HOPE OF THE WORLD, CALLED TO BE LIGHT IN THE MIDST OF DARKNESS, AMBASSADORS of HEAVEN SEEKING TO RECONCILE OTHERS BACK TO THE FATHER. Who’s taken the enneagram and felt like it finally made your life and actions make some sense? 🙋🏼♀️ . I’m a 1w2, and when I read it, it was like someone knew me without meeting me. I know not everyone has had that experience, but I sure did! It also helped me (still working on this) be less hard on others. I couldn’t always understand why it was so hard for people to do the things they want to do (don’t you make a list, create a schedule, and make it happen?). I couldn’t always understand why people weren’t passionate about the same things as me (hello Reformer who wants to make the world better), or why they were satisfied with things being “just ok” when they could be made better. 😂 . Oh my, us 1’s have our issues! We can be so hard on others, but only bc we are even harder on ourselves. Our brains are always thinking of ways things can be improved which can lead to discontentment or nothing ever being good enough. It’s hard to live up to our own bar. . Here’s though, what I’ve realized about it - just like Paul talks about in the Bible - about the parts of the body helping each other and how every part is important and needs the other - I think the enneagram revealed that more clearly to me. . So I can be your girl to get you fired up, to tell you not to settle and show you steps to get there. I can show you small ways to bring intentionality into your life so you can better love and serve those around you! But I also need my 9 husband who helps me keep perspective and makes me relax, my 2 communications/marketing director who always serves me and our customers with excellence, and my various numbered friends who encourage me to have more fun and not take myself so seriously. . If you need a girl who teaches and encourages with passion, I’m sitting here saying 🤜🏼🤛🏾 let’s go. This is what I do well. 🤍 This is the place I thrive bc I was made for it. And I’d love to serve you, whether it’s in my clinic, taking my pelvic core courses (Registration closes Fri!) or in this space as you scroll. . But know that I need you too - bc you’ve also been given good gifts to love and serve the world in your own unique way. 🤍 We serve the world best, together.

We can't stop the work of the kingdom or become distracted by the affairs of this world while hearts are broken, dreams are being shattered, lives are being destroyed and many souls are dying without knowing God's love. We must stand firm unmovable even if we face persecution or lose popularity in the process. THE WOUNDED MUST BE HEALED, CAPTIVES MUST BE SET FREE and HEARTS MUST BE WOOED BACK TO THE LOVE OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. WE ARE HIS WORKMANSHIP, handmaidens of God, called to open the eyes of those who are blinded to the reality of who they are in Christ. WE ARE the LIGHT OF THE WORLD determined to burn so bright that it ignites a Holy and powerful fire in the hearts of our sisters that it literally consumes darkness, and demolishes the gates of hell. I lost this necklace but the calling was never lost. The Bible tells us to "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves,for the rights of all who are destitute.Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy." Proverbs 31:8-9 So much I could say about this but I'll start here. Sometimes speaking up can be HARD. Last night I felt an urgency I've felt before, recognising it as the Holy Spirit's prompting, to drop what I was doing and begin an email to advocate for the rights of a refugee that I personally know. I started writing. I gave up over 20x. It was hard to put the words together. I was listening to the lies that said I can't communicate well. But I am reminded of how Moses didn't believe he could speak as God was commanding him to.And how God told him "Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say." (Ex 4:12). I didn't finish the email but I started and I will see it to completion. I have gone through years of attack in attempt to steal my voice. The enemy has tried to completely silence me but God has been restoring my voice with each step I take in obedience to open my mouth for Him. God gives us what to speak and the authority to speak it and when we do, things SHIFT - a SHIFT in the spiritual realm that BREAKS THROUGH to the physical. I have experienced my own breakthroughs that have come out of fighting for others' breakthroughs (that's a whole other series of stories and posts!). What do you need? Give it away! That very thing you're waiting on God for, contend in prayer for someone else who needs it! While you're at it, pray for me and the rest of the email left to write, too, please! THIS is the season where you are going to have to TRUST GOD MORE THAN BEFORE. Learning to Trust in the Lord with ALL MY HEART, has been one of the greatest lessons the Holy Spirit has taught me and many time put me in remembrance of. "Your provision is always in your right position" God never follows us, we must follow Him in order to walk in peace, victory and pro-vision. Acknowledging this truth daily helps me not stress about doing kingdom business. If He wants me to do it today, He'll tell me what to do and provide the resources needed for me to accomplish the task. Otherwise I wait and keep moving. Yahweh will always guide you where to go and what to do. He will fill you with refreshment even when you are in a dry, difficult place. He will continually restore strength to you, so you will flourish like a well-watered garden and like an ever-flowing, trustworthy spring of blessing. If you really LOVE GOD like you say you do, you can't help but LOVE PEOPLE and SHARE the LOVE of CHRIST with them. The only time we have problems with loving others is when we have deep seated issues that causes us to struggle with loving ourselves. But most importantly, if God is not the love of our life, there is no way that we will truly love our neighbor as ourselves. But the good news is as we allow God's love to pour in our hearts by His Spirit , we are not only able to love others (even though we might not like them 😘) but we are able to heal from emotional scares of the past that hinders us from seeing and loving ourselves from God's perspective. Jesus answered him, “‘Love the Lord your God with every passion of your heart, with all the energy of your being, and with every thought that is within you. This is the great and supreme commandment. And the second is like it in importance: ‘You must love your friend in the same way you love yourself. Mathew 22:37-39 There’s a reason why Jesus said the second greatest commandment is like the first: if we love God with all our heart, we will love our neighbor as ourselves and share the good new that you've recieved. A lot of women lives were touched, changed and transformed during our You Are Loved Campaign, I wished we had a camera to document them all, the tears, the smiles, the bewilderment of why, oh if you could have heard the stories, recieved those tight hugs, seen the tears and the big smile. Even though we forgot to document many of our encounters during our day, being so caught up in the awe of how God was strategically using us, God documented it and that's what really matters. It is truly better to give than receive, why because as long as your hands are open and extended out to do good, the more you will bring back good into your life. Needless to say, I am addicted to giving, but not because I want to receive or expect any tangible benefits, but because of the love God extends to me despite my shortcomings. My greatest desire is to grow more and more into the likeness of my Father to be an ambassador of HIS LOVE. I give because He is a giver, I love because He is a lover and prehaps my giving and loving will provoke others to do the same. Happy 8th Anniversary to Women Ablaze International Ministry. In 2011 WAIM had our first launch and prayer meetings in my home, and up until 2012 we had meetings between mine and a great friends house. Then we began having meetings in restaurants. In 2013 We were blessed and given the opportunity to have our first Love Encounter Conference in my churches @destinationchurch offices building. First I truly want to thank my husband @grovert1260 for being patient with me and allowing me to walk in my calling.
