Trebalo mi je pune 3 godine da shvatim da je to bio poziv na buđenje, poziv da se upoznam iznutra, da shvatim ko sam i šta donosim ovom svetu, da ponovo čujem i volim sebe, da izađem iz tame nedovoljnosti i shvatim da takva nikome ne valjam, a ponajmanje sebi. ✨️I onda je krenulo... Krenulo polako, korak napred, nazad dva...Nekad mi se činilo da idem samo napred, nekad samo nazad... ali kretala sam se, iako nisam uvek bila svesna gde idem. Ako me pitate: "Je li bilo teško?", moj odgovor bi bio - teško, preteško, ali sam imala divne duše oko sebe koje su me držale za ruku, dok su suze spirale slojeve nespoznaje i davale značaj mom postojanju. Hello beautiful observer, Today's post focuses on the pretty difficult topic of mental health. If you have difficulty reading about depression, this might not be the post for you. It wasn't always easy for me to talk openly about this topic, but I see the importance of creating awareness and understanding. Afterall, it was my aim to break taboos and offer a safe space for every reader that seeks shelter in understanding or simply looks for comfort in a bit of written art. The last few days have been horribly painful and energy depleting. Not because my life is a mess or a major event happened, but simply due to a depression related shift in mood. After two beautiful months of new beginnings, this really came in the form a good old slap from reality. Happiness will help, but it can not cure a burdened brain. I wrote this piece on the 29th of November, when I noticed the threat of falling into a downwards spiral again. Dear observer, this is your sign to take care of yourself. Light emerging, human adjusting 🌟 This was dawn a couple of days ago. So much golden light. 🌟 The Earth and everything, everyone here is affected by these strong cosmic energy waves. The weather was glorious, the places fab and the colours of the trees breathtaking. 🥂💖 The Cotswolds are such a contrast to Devon. All glorious honey coloured stone, seeing for miles, a different energy. Devon is beautiful too with its moors and deep lanes but it's a different kind of beauty. Sharing 💖 Golden crab apples still wet from the cloudburst. They make delicious jelly. And quinces. Never tried to do anything with these fruits. Mulberries are my unobtainable dream here. I am always beaten to them by birds. 💖 All the apples, many different shapes, tastes, colours. Labelled so known, but others mysterious because the carefully created metal tags have been lost. There's a mix of cider, eating and cooking apples and a pear of some sort, tough green skin but meltingly delicious poached, smelling of vanilla. 💖 The jackdaws are feasting on apples, their beautiful pale pale blue grey eyes always looking out for danger. Two deer bounced away in the top orchard and both orchards are hosting so many birds, insects. 💖 There is enough, more than enough. The apple store is full, the doors locked. Why begrudge others? 💖 And yet who has learnt to listen? To the energies of the wind, the wisdom of the crow family, the beautiful teachers of the deer? In the clear 💖 So much has been shifting, releasing, clearing. These huge energy streams are sweeping away the old, clearing stuck energies from many dimensions and cosmic patterns. 💖 Distortions are lifting, allowing us finally finally to truly know more, feel more. When we learn to get curious, our world expands, our relationship to ourselves and the outside world deepens. We’re taught early on to search for things outside of ourselves to feel okay, to feel whole. We consume outside energies to temporary fill what feels like a void. Many people struggle with having down time, and without distractions that aim to keep us looking outward, we are forced to come face to face with ourselves which can be very uncomfortable. 🌜🌛 When we take the time and have the courage to become intimate with all parts of ourselves, especially the parts of ourselves we deem “not good”, we begin to find peace when we are met with stillness and silence.
