Get ready for some of my Cape Town highlights in the upcoming posts! 📸. My closest and dearest peeps 💞 know that I have a deep passion for food 😁 (more the eating than the cooking) so “chef” @akhilwoodraj invited me to lunch and whipped up a fantastic meal for me, complete with a cooking 🔪 lesson! It's always great to meet with friends 🤗 especially when bringing delicious 🤤 food to the table. Akhil is new to Cape Town and needed to see a familiar face from KwaZulu Natal, which means my circle of friends in Cape Town is growing. (make the circle bigger). 😊 Our menu? We explored 👌🏽, ate 🤤, enjoyed the great company 💞 and beautiful scenery 😍. Although our day out didn't go exactly as planned, Temaya and I had an incredible time together 🤗. Between the 2 of us I’m not sure talks 🤭 the most. So inevitably there was non-stop talking, lots of laughter and trying to figure out where to next when places we wanted to visit were closed due to the extreme weather 🌬️ conditions in Cape Town. When the weather 🌬️ in Cape Town isn't suitable for hiking 🚶🏽‍♀️, we opted for exploration 🤩. @temnaidoo, thank you for guiding me through the city and spending the day with me 🫶🏽. A recommendation ✅ led us to try a coffee shop, an experience we thoroughly savored 🤤. Following that, we ventured to a rose 🌹 farm and took a drive around the city. We had more activities planned, but due to the intense weather, we were forced to cancel them.
