Yummie! Niet echt iets voor de zomer, maar ik had nog cranberries in de diepvries. Een smakelijk vieruurtje voor bij onze middagactiviteit straks 😋 Het recept: Mengen: 🥧 100g yoghurt (ik nam plantaardige) 🥧 75ml olie (zonnebloem of olijf) 🥧 2 eieren 🥧 1 TL vanille-extract Toevoegen: 🥧 150g bloem 🥧 150g suiker 🥧 2 EL bakpoeder 🥧 snuifje zout Als laatste de cranberries in een mengsel van 1 EL bloem en 1 EL suiker rollen en ze daarna onder de rest van het deegmengsel spatelen. Zo zakken ze niet naar de bodem van de cake. 45 minuutjes in de oven op 175 graden (boven- en onderwarmte).
