Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Ingredients: 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (42g) unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup (180g) semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup (60g) confectioners' sugar, for rolling Directions: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking after each addition until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 3 days. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the confectioners' sugar in a small bowl.
