04/28/24 역배후령 “ 마지막에 마지막까지 쏟아부었다 ” 이번 춘그코스에서 존3 템포로 말선하며 목표했던 PR도전을 한결과 운좋게도 . 배치고개 8등 . 늘목고개 콤 . 실학고개 7등 . 해산령 역방향 -1:17 PR27:38초 마지막 해산령에서 다 쏟아붓고 와후에서 실시간 PR을 확인하고 절대 불가능할것 같던 해산령에서 27분동안 231w 달성에 너무 뿌듯했었다. 이제 마무리만 잘하면된다. 모두가 해지기전 7시까지만 골인하면 모든게 종료된다하고 역배후령 입구까지 일행들과 달리기 시작했다. 역배후령 찐막 업힐에 도착. 당연히 다리가 털렸을테니 풀이너로 변속하고 오르는데 어라 다리가 아직 돌아가네.... 뻐근함과 쥐가 날랑말랑 한거 같은 느낌이었으나 잠깐 250-270w 밟아보니 밟혀진다... 열심히 밟아나가니 초반에 PR보다 50여초 느렸던 세그먼트가 점점 줄기 시작했다. 정상까지 1키로 남짓 남은 상태서 -5초까지 보이고... 분명 내 PR은 수년전에 배후령 3회전할때 찍어서 어지간한 파워로는 분명 안된다는 생각이 스쳐지나가고.. 아 정상쯤해서 다시 +로 시간오버될거같은데... 하지만 오버되더라도 올라오던 쥐가 조여와도 아쉬움을 남기진 말자 라는 생각에 싯팅과 댄싱을 번갈아 하다 저 멀리 배후령정상. 표지판이 눈에 띕니다. 에라 모르겠다 정상까지 스프린트. 다털어넣고 난뒤 확인을 못했는데 나중에 로그 저장후에 보니 -15초 PR 15:33초 243w. 165km/3000m 을 타고 난뒤에 만난 마지막 역배후령에서 PR 을 찍을거라곤 생각도 못해서.. 너무 기뻤었다. 되든 안되든 오늘같은 이상황이 이몸상태가 언제 다시 주어질지 모르니.. 후회없이 최선을 다해보자. 로 얻어진 결과였던거 같다. 사진은 @sukom0626 영상은 @k.changwo0 감사합니다.
Das Esprit von Gazelle ist eigentlich das perfekte Stadtrad: Die Trommelbremsen funktionieren zuverlässig bei jedem Wetter und sind de facto wartungsfrei, selbiges gilt für die Nexus-Schaltung. Die Lichtanlage ist so integriert, dass man beim Einparken nicht allzu sehr aufpassen muss, abgerissen wird da nix. Der Gepäckträger ist robust und kann vorne durch einen zweiten ergänzt werden, der Ständer ist so ausgeführt, dass das Esprit selbst bei voller Beladung immer stabil steht. Und die Sitzposition ist angenehm aufrecht und bequem, genau so, wie man sichs beim lässigen Citygleiten wünscht. Ach ja, ein Rahmenschloss ist auch verbaut, ein Diebstahlschutz ist also von Anfang an dabei (wobei wir trotzdem den Kauf eines zweiten Schlosses empfehlen). Ab sofort bei uns zu haben.

Honored to get to photograph the 2024 edition of the Poolesville Road Race for for @natcapveloclub again this year! This race, now going on nearly 3 decades, has established itself as MABRA’s unofficial “spring classic” and with heavy skies that finally opened up for much of both the Women’s combined and Men’s 1/2/3 race’s the 28th edition of the Poolesville Road Race didn’t disappoint! The infamous gravel section somehow became both slippery and sticky at the same time and made for a real test of bike handling skills (and bottom brackets). 04/27/24 춘천그란폰도 리버스. “ 진지하게 멘탈잡고 화이팅하자 “ 이 코스는 내가 가장 좋아하는 3대코스중 하나인 코스로 작년에만 4번 다녀왔던 코스. 서울근교에 위치하면서 차량통행도 적고 고경사 업힐 , 낙타등평지 , 긴업힐, 다운힐코너링 등등 장거리 대회에 필요한 모든부분의 트레이닝이 가능하여 설악그란을 준비하는 이들에게 최적의 코스라 생각한다. 실제 과거 함께 이코스로 설악그란을 준비했던 이들은 모두 좋은 기록으로 봉크없이 완주했었으며 올해도 어김없이 설악그란을 준비하는 이들과 진행하게 되었다. 예전엔 참석자기준 ( 최근누적마일리지나 고도 ) 를 체크하여 받았지만 이번엔 완주시간을 넉넉하게 잡고 ( 180km 3700m 11시간 ) 타임테이블까지 지난 로그들을 하나하나 살펴보며 만들어서 어떻게든 다 완주 시키겠다는 마음으로 계획하여 진행. 서폿1 참석자 23명으로 진행하게 되었다. 초반 청평사때부터 선두조가 10명이하로 줄어들어 걱정했으나 80km 양구보급후부터 여유있어진 페이스로 후반엔 보급시간도 넉넉하게 하며 기재트러블과 부상자들을 제외한 17명이 7시 컷인 완주에 성공했다. 서폿카 도움으로 후반 업힐정상에서 보급 한번한번이 큰 도움이 되었고 부상자나 기재트러블 발생한 이한테 바로 달려가 너무 쾌적하게 진행된거 같다. 다들 힘든기억보다 잠깐이라도 즐거웠던 기억을 떠올리길 바랄뿐이다 ㅎㅎ 날씨가 좋아서 청평사 헤어핀마다 살짝씩 보이는 풍경과 양구옛길 강을 끼고 타는 낙타등은 반복해서 봐도 너무 좋았다.. 올해는 몇번을 더 갈지 모르겟지만 가고 싶은분은 언제나 환영. 사진은 @sukom0626 감사합니다~~ 고생많으셧어요

Het debuteerde ‘tweede team’ neemt jullie mee in hun dag. ‘Een leuker debuut als Team 2 konden we niet wensen! Een prachtige omgeving, heel mooi weer en een veelbelovend resultaat in een team race tegen de klok. We kijken terug op een in alle opzichten geslaagde dag. Wij, Team 2 (Captain Martijn, Tonny, Jasper en Sander) vormden voor het eerst een team. Een gevarieerd groepje met ieder zijn specifieke kwaliteiten maar met een gezamenlijke passie voor de sport. Enthousiast startten we als een van de laatste teams. De afspraak was om bij elkaar te blijven. En zo hebben we het zwem- en fietsonderdeel ook samen afgelegd. Het fietsonderdeel met name, is spectaculair door hogere snelheden en het rouleren door team. Na het fietsen liet Sander de snelle mannen gaan. En weg gingen ze omdat er duidelijk nog reserves waren. En zo liep het team in recordtempo naar de 13e plaats en Sander naar een PR.
