Έχοντας αφήσει να περάσουν μερικές μέρες από το καταπληκτικό 3ημερο που περάσαμε στο 10th Athens International Parkour Gathering και έχοντας αφήσει όλες τις εικόνες και στις στιγμές που ζήσαμε να αποθηκευτούν καλά στο κεφάλι μας, θα θέλαμε να σας ευχαριστήσουμε για άλλη μια φορά για όλες τις αναμνήσεις και τις εμπειρίες που μοιραστηκαμε. Ελπίζουμε να περάσατε όλοι όμορφα και να αποκομισατε κάτι χρήσιμο από την όλη προσπάθεια σας. Μέχρι του χρόνου, εχουμε ακόμα πολλές φωτογραφίες και βίντεο να μοιραστούμε ακόμα για να θυμόμαστε όλα τα υπέροχα που συνέβησαν. Σε αυτό το ποστ όμως, εκτός από τις οικογενειακές φωτογραφίες, έχουμε και 2 πραγματικά σημαντικές στιγμές. 1. Το μικρό γκρουπ των 5 ατόμων που έχουν πάρει μέρος και στα 10 Gathering!! Guys you are legends!! 2. Τους 3 αθλητές που οι εκπαιδευτές ξεχώρισαν από κάθε γκρουπ για την προσπάθεια και το ήθος τους κατά τη διάρκεια των workshops και οι οποίοι κέρδισαν και από ένα μικρό δώρο από την @skochypstiks O @coachredfern εκτός από την τεράστια ενέργεια του καθ όλη τη διάρκεια του διημέρου ήταν και ο αθλητής που ταξίδεψε από πιο μακριά (Μάντσεστερ) από όλους για να βρεθεί στην εκδήλωση μας. Ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ για ακόμα μια φορά στην @emerson_genius που είναι πάντα εκεί για εμάς. Δεν είναι υπερβολή όταν λέμε ότι χωρίς τη στήριξη τους αυτό το event δε θα ήταν δυνατό να συνεχιστεί όλα αυτά τα χρόνια. Σας ευχαριστούμε και πάλι όλους και για το 11ο έχουμε ήδη έτοιμες πολλές εκπλήξεις οι οποίες θα κάνουν τη διοργάνωση ακόμα καλύτερη!! 😊 ❤️

Přemýšleli jsme jak pojmout shrnutí výsledků z MČR v parkouru 2022/2023 a nakonec jsme se rozhodli osvětlit highlighty a přidat pár pohledů pěkně po disciplínách a jednotlivých soutěžících 👀. 🌟Takže prvně ty highlighty, co?🌟 ADD lead se stalo 3. nejúspěšnějším týmem 🥉, hned po In Motion Academy a SH Academy. Not bad! Ondra Svoboda nám vyrazil dech svým 3. místem ve skillu 15-17 🥉. Milé překvapení… Jak víte, za MČR jsme stáli i organizačně 🎪 . Těší nás proto převážně pozitivní zpětné vazby od soutěžích, ale i trenérů či klubů. Děkujeme za důstojnou premiéru 💪. V dalších dnech spolu projdeme výsledku speedu, skillu a nakonec stylu. Una volta che abbiamo padroneggiato tutti gli esercizi nelle posizioni mostrate precedentemente, è giunto il momento di alzare la posta: iniziamo ad utilizzare superfici più piccole quali le sbarre, i corrimano o rails che dir si voglia. Essi possono essere di varia forma e dimensione: come regola di base, le superfici piatte sono più facili di quelle tonde e più piccola è la base, maggiore sarà ovviamente la difficoltà. Altro parametro da tenere in considerazione è l'altezza dello stesso da terra, ma ne parleremo più approfonditamente nel prossimo post. In questo terzo post della serie andiamo effettivamente a vedere quali esercizi possiamo fare per migliorare il nostro equilibrio in posizione statica. Distinguiamo tra movimenti degli occhi e movimenti della testa. Nella prima categoria rientrano: -fissazioni -inseguimenti -saccadici Nei video spiegate le differenze. Nella seconda categoria rientrano: -VOR -head saccades Anche per questi ultimi trovate le spiegazioni sulla modalità di esecuzione nei video. Nelle prima fasi è consigliato dividere ogni modalità di movimento in modo da apprenderne bene l'esecuzione. Facciamo almeno rounds da 60/90 secondi l'uno, preoccupandoci di fareli tutti nella posizione (piedi larghi, uniti, tandem o monopodalico) risultata fattibile dai test. Andando avanti con l'esperienza posso procedere anche direttamente alle esecuzioni più complesse mixando i movimenti degli occhi e della testa.
