THIS WOMAN RIGHT HERE!! My sister @sstover901 I look up to more than I can express. I'm beyond thankful that God gave me her as my sister. We have always been super close growing up. We Definitely were different in many ways. When we were little their was a period of time where every Saturday my dad would take me on a long bike ride while Stacy stayed with our mom and did errands and house stuff. Not too long ago Stace and I expressed to each other that she always wished she would be invited to go on the bike ride with my dad. I told her I wish I could have stayed home with mom. We never knew this about each other until recently lol. Stace growing up was labeled as the non athletic tupe/one in our home. Which in a childs mind growing up having a label put on them can be so damaging. That leads to them truly believing these lies about themselves if they are negative. As adults the lies can stick with us. She also had it really hard to where I could eat whatever I wanted in the house to put weight on because of my CF. Where she couldn't. Also another damaging mental aspect. Long story short Stacy recently back in 2018 had a major mental breakthrough. I was so blessed to be a part of it and honored to be by her side for it. What a gift from GOD. Ever sense that moment she has stopped believing lies about herself that the enemy has been feeding to her sense she was a child. Stacy is STRONG, ATHLETIC, CAPABLE & FIERCE. She has worked out not consistently sense 2018...BUT ...she has been consistent now for 7 months straight. She is a totally different woman mentally and physically. Every day I see what GOD has done and is continuing to do through her. Chains are definitely broken and some are in the process of crumbling. She has two beautiful little boys and still makes it a priority to workout and be mindful of her eating. She does it for herself, her boys and her husband. The other day we worked out together. She was rep for rep with me, she didn't modify one move AND...we now lift the same amount of weight in our workouts. IT WAS SO FUN!!! We now have this together!! We both are ATHLETIC!!!!!
