Croquettes de polenta Ingrédients pour 3 : ✔️ 100 g de polenta ✔️ 1/2 l de bouillon de légumes ✔️ 2 échalotes ✔️ 1 œuf ✔️ 2 cuillères à soupe de lait ✔️ Farine ✔️ Chapelure ✔️ Huile ✔️ Poivre Préparation : 1° Hacher finement les échalotes. 2° Dans une casserole, faire cuire la polenta dans le bouillon de légumes. Ajouter les échalotes et le poivre. 3° Verser la polenta cuite dans un moule. Filmer et laisser refroidir 1 heure dans un endroit frais. 4° Battre l'œuf avec le lait. 5° Couper la polenta en rectangles. Les rouler dans la farine, l'œuf battu, puis dans la chapelure. Les croquettes La croquette est l'aliment le plus pratique pour nourrir son chien. Le conditionnement, la conservation et l'équilibre alimentaire, tout est réuni pour faciliter les choses aux humains. Mais pour que la croquette distribuée soit de qualitée nutritivement parlant, il faut bien choisir et surtout savoir lire la liste de composition. Pour vous faciliter les choses je vais vous donner quelques astuces. Le premier ingrédient qui doit figurer dans la liste de composition est bien évidemment la viande fraîche, peut s'en suivre viande déshydratée, hydrolysat, protéine de, huile de saumon... Le taux de protéine animale global doit atteindre au minimum 75% de la composition des croquettes. Attention, certaines marques vendent leur croquettes sans céréales mais remplacent les céréales par un taux élevé d'amidon en utilisant beaucoup de pois, patate douce, pomme de terre... Oubliez donc les croquettes vétérinaires type royal canin, hills, eukanuba... On pourrait croire, au prix du paquet, que ce sont des croquettes de haute qualité, malheureusement c'est tout le contraire. Elles sont majoritairement composées de riz, céréales et additifs en tout genre... Vous payerez donc la marque et non la qualité. Le chien est un animal carnivore, bien qu'il soit capable de manger tout et n'importe quoi, il faut respecter son régime alimentaire en lui apportant les protéines animales nécessaires. Le taux d'amidon doit donc être le plus faible possible (<25%) , mais on ne peut malheureusement pas le faire disparaitre complètement sinon la croquette ne pourrait pas se tenir correctement. Vous pouvez également regarder le taux de cendres, qui lui doit être inférieur à 10%. Il vous indiquera la qualité de la viande utilisée. Plus le taux est élevé, moins la viande est fraîche, et il y a de la "farine de", ça sera donc des sous produits animaux, c'est à dire les déchets des abattoirs (peau, farine d'os, boyaux, cartilage, museaux, oreilles...)
