The Blue House is our in-house project initially made in 2016 as a movable space in a rented property with 3 containers. The idea was to showcase an optimum use of 20’ shipping containers including an option of stacking them up to convert into a 2BHK home. Being our own project, we have experimented with a variety of scrap with almost 65-70% usage of reclaimed material. Once we moved to our final destination, this display home became the first home for Dhara & Rajiv and they have tastefully redecorated it with their own collection of furniture and furnishings. The Blue House is our in-house project initially made in 2016 as a movable space in a rented property with 3 containers. The idea was to showcase an optimum use of 20’ shipping containers including an option of stacking them up to convert into a 2BHK home. Being our own project, we have experimented with a variety of scrap with almost 65-70% usage of reclaimed material. Once we moved to our final destination, this display home became the first home for Dhara & Rajiv and they have tastefully redecorated it with their own collection of furniture and furnishings. THE CANNABIS PATCH I have always dreamt of designing an ecological garden that includes Cannabis…. It is such a beautiful plant & so uniquely intertwined with humankind & most specifically indigenous cultures … The fact that it has become so demonised by worldwide governments & propaganda is truely tragic. The medicinal value of this healing plant is one of its most powerful qualities in helping humans for many many reasons, whether pain, stress, mental illnesses, inflammation, the list goes on & on…. But one of its true powers is its place in the garden, being an amazingly beneficial companion to most garden set ups, particularly productive patches with veggies, fruit trees, herbs & other medicinal plants. It will deter certain “pest” insect species whilst still attracting beneficial pollinators 🐞 It’s wild to me that we in countries that have made it illegal to grow cannabis in our backyards have been robbed of a great opportunity to integrate such a beneficial & powerfully healing species of plant. I myself admit to light cannabis use having suffered from migraines, back pain & insomnia, getting a prescription, although this is becoming unattainable for a lot of people who would benefit & truely need its healing powers, due to it being either too expensive or not knowing how to access. We should have the ability to grow our healing plants without restrictions, society would benefit as a whole & the black market would pretty much become close to redundant as well grown organic backyard plants are shared, rather than most black market back shed PGR (plant growth regulators) grown hydroponic plants that are completely unhealthy, unnatural& chemically saturated.
