Would you rather be old and grey and have endless โ€œwhat ifsโ€ and regrets or to be able to sit back and think โ€œDAMN what a rideโ€ with a smile on your face. You only get ONE chance at life. There is no practise run, it will not be repeated, and you will not be able to test it. It is currently taking place. When you're "waiting for the right moment," life goes on without you. I enjoy seeing people seize life with both hands, seize opportunities, and plunge themselves into the journey. Because, in actuality, the destination or goal does not matter. It is the journey that counts. The sensation of venturing outside of one's comfort zone. The experiences along the route. The "goal" or destination is typically a brief clip that arrives and departs. What are essential fatty acids and why are they so important? Essential fatty acids are aptly named, given that the body canโ€™t make them naturally. The only way to get these nutrients is through your diet, which is why foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids are so important to us. There are two families of essential fatty acids: Omega-3 and Omega-6, both of which are important for a healthy life. Both essential fatty acids support the functions necessary for the body to thrive, and as a society we have a disproportionate intake of Omega-6 over Omega-3. This throws off the all-important Omega-6:3 ratio in our bodies, resulting in the majority of the population living out of balance. My heart was busting for joy & love when I took this photo of my daughter. You see, for a long time sheโ€™s been wanting to take martial arts. Having 3 girls is wonderfully expensive, so she had to wait patiently for months, until yesterday was the day. Iโ€™ve never seen her so excited and proud of HER moment. The best part is that I got to share and live in that moment WITH my daughter. If it wasnโ€™t for me being my own stay-at-home mom boss, I wouldnโ€™t been able to do this. I am so full of love and gratefulness for being there every step of the way with my kids.
