Flaked brown sugar and dijon glazed salmon with jasmine rice, sautéed spinach, carrot salad tossed in a sweet and tangy honey ginger dressing, cucumber and half an avocado. I added more honey ginger dressing on top. . To make the carrot salad with honey ginger dressing add the following to a bowl. . 2 cups shredded carrot. 1 tablespoon avocado oil. 2 tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine vinegar). 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 teaspoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds. 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes. . Toss well to combine. In addition you can make the dressing separately and dress the entire bowl. . To make the brown sugar glazed salmon mix together light brown sugar with Dijon mustard and a little salt and pepper to taste then slather it on the salmon. Place the salmon on a sheet pan over lemon slices and spray with a little olive oil spray. Bake on 400 for 12-15 minutes depending on desired doneness. I recommend keeping the salmon with the glaze mixture in the fridge overnight before cooking so all the good flavors really get in there but it can also be made right away. It was all such a tasty and nourishing meal. View all comments

But I've learned that we need to give our bodies time. Cinnamon and Papaya Detox Drink The following simple detox drink is rich with plenty of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals, and will flush fatty and toxic accumulations of the colon. Guten Morgen-die Fotos sind nicht so schön, da sie eigentlich nicht für einen Post, sondern nur für die Story gedacht waren am Sonntag🤷🏼‍♀️😄. Aber ich wurde von einigen von euch angeschrieben, ob ich denn das Rezept zu meinem Mealprep-Bürofrühstück posten kann… und in diesem Sinne, hier das Rezept: Birchermüsli-Kuchen mit Beeren🍓🥄🌰🥕🍎 Zutaten: 500 g griech. Joghurt 40 g Vanillepuddingpulver 2 EL (Birken-)zucker 1 TL Backpulver 1 Ei 1/2 TL Vanillepaste 3 EL Haferflocken 1 kleiner Apfel in Würfel 1/2 Möhre geraspelt 1 EL gehackte Mandeln 1 EL Rosinen 1 Handvoll Heidelbeeren 1 Handvoll geschnippelte Erdbeeren Zubereitung: Die ersten 6 Zutaten mit dem Handrührgerät verquirlen. Die restlichen Zutaten mit dem Teigschaber unterheben. In eine quadratische Backform füllen, bei 180/190 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 40 min backen. Auskühlen, in Stücke schneiden. TIP: Kann mit Schokocreme, Ersnussbutter, Mandelmus etc. getoppt werden. Maple Bacon French Toast Ingredients 8 Slices Herman Brot low carb bread 100 ml Thickened cream 100 ml Water 1 Egg 60 g Grated tasty cheese 2 Thyme sprigs 8 Slices of streaky bacon 4 tbs Sugar free maple syrup 4 tbs Butter It’s best to use day old bread as fresh bread might fall apart . I left mine out the night before. In a bowl big enough to fit the bread combine the cream, water , egg, cheese and salt & pepper. Stir well Cook in batches by soaking 2 slices in the cream mixture for a few minutes, turn and soak for another minute and wrap with the bacon. Pour 4 tbs of maple syrup in a little bowl and infuse with a sprig of thyme. Heat 1 tbs of butter and cook the bread until nicely browned and cooked. Season with sea salt and pepper to your taste, then stir well to coat. If time allows, refrigerate/marinate for 15 minutes or so, covered. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until just pink, about 3-4 minutes In a very large bowl add cooked shrimp, diced avocado, cilantro, chili slices, juice of 1 lime and remaining oil. Gently stir to combine. Taste test and season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper of needed. Add spoonfuls of the avocado shrimp mixture lettuce leaves as shown, and enjoy.
