Started off the new years with a house full of sick people. I turned into a crazy home remedy person and have to say I was NEVER drowsy, low on energy, foggy, stuffy, or ran a fever. However I had too much energy and couldn’t sleep. Also, the only real symptom was I almost lost my voice. In the mason jar is a mix of red onion, honey, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and garlic. All of those have some aspect of either antioxidants, vitamins, anti inflammatory, or helps with immunity. Honestly the basic recommendation is just onion and local honey and let it sit on the counter 24hrs before taking it. I made the mistake of tasting it in 12hr and yuck. After the 24hr the honey prevailed! I took sodium bicarbonate because of the “internet saying” that it’s not just an antacid.
