Been 5 months since I lifted weights or really did any exercise. Went into a full relapse of myocarditis symptoms/pots and major dysautonomia. Currently seeing an amazing neurologist who was NOT dismissive and completely validated what I'm going through from this vaccine. Starting at the beginning again and a little fuller/rounder/softer than I've been for a while. I used a 5kg plate and 10kg kettlebell. I completed 2 sets of 12 reps *narrow squats, elbows to knees *lunges *Sumo squats taking KB to floor *romanian deadlift *single leg glute bridge *Swiss ball roll ins *banded leg extensions The anxiety around exercise is high, I do get PEM so I lay down for a while after this. The vaccine injured do recover #vaxinjured. Three years ago (4/10/21) my life was flipped upside down overnight. It attacked my neurological system and brain. I dealt with daily tremors, severe head pain, compromised immune system,MCAS, memory loss, tinnitus, light/sound sensitivity, falls, had to be fed, skin burning(inflammation) from head to brought on by the spike proteins / other toxins, moderate brain volume loss, brain fog, Insomnia, severe joint pain,dementia like side effects, mental anguish, social anxiety etc etc etc…. . I’m forever grateful for their care. 🙏 . Keeping the faith, prayer and the James Clinic saved me and gave me my life back. I thought I was doing the right thing by getting the vax and fell for the heavy propaganda. I was thrown under the bus when trying to get proper medical treatment. *International Women's Day* This hit a bit different this year My health has taken a major turn since November last year. Once again I'm unable to exercise or do housework, and I'm struggling to work and needing to sell things like my engagement ring just to feed my kids. The covid vaccine has completely destroyed my body, my life, and my childrens life. Before i go on, Here are some stat's for you *Women are 50% more likely to have their cardiac issues misdiagnosed as anxiety *Over 50% of injured women have no access to financial assistance *52.05% of women have experienced menstrual abnormalities post vaccine *Over 60% of injured women have had issues with workers compensation claims I recently found out, 26 months after having an adverse reaction to the Vax, that I had myocarditis and sarcoid of the heart - much more serious than my diagnosis of pericarditis. My heart is now scarred and not functioning normal. Explains the constant chest pain, palpitations and tachicardia all this time. I've been brushed off by my GP, psychiatrist , friends as having extreme anxiety the whole time I've been fighting for my health. I've tried all avenues to get financial assistance, but since I was brushed off as having anxiety, I was told I can still work and therefore don't qualify. My menstrual cycle has become heavy, clot filled and last 12 days. I've become anaemic, requiring iron infusions. Why are women still treated as second rate citizens? Why are we not taken seriously by medical professionals? We know our bodies best. I've recently found a specialist who validated all my symptoms abd who is digging deeper, ordering more tests to try and figure out what's going on. It only took 27 months. I’ve been doing one day in a row for a little while now!! 🤪 I have not been successful at being in the gym enough to make great changes to my body. Over the last 2 years. In all honesty I’ve been scared!! 😳 I was on Day 42 of 75 HARD when my brain injury happened. Since then I’ve been frozen in time. I’m scared to elevate my heart rate too much because the pressure in my head builds. And honestly I’m just plain scared I’ll have another episode.
