Today I woke up thinking how difficult it is for my clients to drink water and stay hydrated! When I was a kid my mom didn’t teach me to drink water because She didn’t like it herself. Maybe in that time, they didn’t know how important water is to our body. When I started my program I didn’t have any problem eating in two to three hours I was struggling only with water because I need to learn to drink 100 oz of water a day. I needed to put an app called Water Reminder that reminds me every 15 minutes to drink water. OK !! I learned the hard way! My advice to you Moms is to teach your kids since their are little ones. Proud appreciation post of myself! I have just finished my fourth bottle of the day! I’ve been at work since 7am. First bottle refill was at 2pm. Second bottle refill was at 3pm (I was on my break 😂😂) third bottle refill was about 5ish. Fourth one was about 7ish and the fifth is at 9:50pm. As much as it would bring relief to the 7% of you that don't drink any water throughout the day, we just can't live long or well without it. You do get water intake from foods and other drinks besides water, however close to 80% of your intake should be from just drinking water. From helping you lose weight to flushing toxins from your body, to helping you maintain your blood pressure and your kidney function, there's more benefits than I would list all at once. A few lesser known benefits that may get you thinking: 1. Your digestive system depends on it. Heartburn? You may be dehydrated. 2. It cushions the brain, spinal cord & other sensitive tissues. Dehydration can lead to problems with thinking and reasoning. 3. Dehydration can lead to premature wrinkling of your skin. 4. Your airway needs it. Dehydration can make allergies and asthma worse.
