These scans provide T-scores and Z-scores, helping physicians diagnose bone disease and assess fracture risk. I was born with bone issues so I’m no stranger to this but nonetheless it has been a difficult journey! It brings me no small amount of happiness to finally be able to see my foot and ankle! For a while there I really struggled and wondered if fighting for my foot was worth it.
