Looking back, I see I need to actively push my leg down and underneath my hips. So that's something I can work on next Sunday. My feet and ankles ain't use to running on something that steep. They going to be sore for a few days😅.

Hi guys, I'm still here.. still training.. • • • Really not sure what this pose is, but bear with me 😂 been mia on insta with the start of naz practices and the start of my 12 hour work days. Snuck in some night runs, sunset workouts, and some at-home lifts. Promise I'm still kicking butt behind the scenes, and doing my best to get the work in. Our coaching staff motto is, "If its important you'll make time, if its not important you'll make excuses." You can bet that I'm making some time !!

New week, same hill. • • • Doing my plyos, hill sprints, and hill bounds on grass to help build up some stability and get a stronger base. Grass is so much more challenging than pavement - I mean have you ever tried running through longer grass? Exactly! Start of the decade vs end of the decade ⭐️. . I remember the picture on the left like it was yesterday. Watching the guy next to me run right past me leaving me in last place at the conference championships. This is the race that triggered my desire to be the best version of myself.
