*** 2 Photos *** I saw something fascinating when I took my #drone out to #VictoriaBeach to check out the ice conditions: A massive crack in the ice! It's not something that could be seen from the ground at all. I needed the high angle to be able to get a view on it. The crack in the first photo went all the way from the south side of #ElkIslandMB all the way down to the east side of #HillsideBeach which is about 8km! That's a lot of crack! It shows how massive areas of ice break off as the ice melts. The crack in the second photo is from the east side of Elk Island down to the east side of Sandy Bay. Before that we did our family photos until the little one calmed down.
