Found a little Sanna painting! I misplaced this without realising when I bundled everything up to move studio last year what a nice surprise. It's another 30cm /1 foot square so again got to be up there as my favourite transportable dimension if I don't have the old van. This time a canvas panel, which you can see is quite visible in many areas due to my minimal application of paint π€ maybe that was a mistake but actually I rather like the way it works here so I won't change it. Looks instinctive and sketch like which it was. We spent a lovely week last summer at Sanna Bay, it really is a spectacular location and great base to explore the peninsula. I like to complete electronic jigsaws, but other than that, I love to go on holiday and am fortunate to have a chalet in Scotland where, βre-chargeβ is the name of the game. "Freedom is a place called Ardnamurcan" I go running whilst there, visit Sanna Beach for beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise seas, as well as Tobermory, for the different coloured buildings, chocolate shop and Tobermory Distillery. Day 2 of March Meet the Maker. I am Judi Glass, I live at the top end of the Wirral Peninsula.βββββββββI trained as a Nurse, but have had a varied career. I moved in to the field of computers in the early 1990's, until I retired in 2018. In 2006 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, but am now back to full health. In 2008 I achieved a Computer Studies BSc and MSc. I 'drive' a Narrowboat for Wirral Community Narrowboat Trust, where I am a Skipper and the Crewing Manager. I am Chair of the Breast Cancer Support Group. I love playing golf. I began making jewellery in 2017 and eventually found the Jewellers Academy, where I have learned so much about making Jewellery. In 2021, I undertook the Diploma in Silver Jewellery. I loved it and I am now undertaking the Diploma in Fine Jewellery. Making jewellery, particularly silver jewellery, has been an absolute labour of love. The challenges are immense, but so rewarding when you make something beautiful.
