Willows Animal Sanctuary in Scotland (Part 2). There are many other animals at the sanctuary besides cats. We also saw horses, donkeys, goats, pigs, sheep, rabbits, Guinea pigs and owls. The animals we met were all very tame and friendly. Each has its own story. Watch number #4 & you will see a cute piggy snoring away 🐖 💤 🗯️It was my first time hearing a pig snore like a human. It was quite cute actually & we couldn’t contain our laughter! 🤣 Overall we had a great day visiting the sanctuary. There was an admission fee of £6 per person that will help in a little way to the operations of the place. Today I visited an Animal Sanctuary called Willows Animal Sanctuary. It’s the largest sanctuary in Scotland & it’s based on charity support. I read from its website that it operates on a no kill policy and helps animals in distress, specialising in elderly or animals that have been refused help by other charity organisations. They even had a cat hotel there with many cat beds and cat trees & toys there. But this cat hotel is super special, as there is no door. The cats are free to roam & come and go as they want. I met many friendly cats there and some even came up to me to say hello & wanted to be pet or stroked. I found some cats inside the enclosure of other animals like sheep & horses too. I read from their website that they had about 50 cats at the sanctuary. It was nice meeting all the friendly kitty cats at the sanctuary today. After a morning at the fairy pools we heading the Talisker Bay to see out the last of the light.
