Well... My week off for Spiritual Maintenence turned into a supercharged week of being blasted with downloads, embracing new perspectives, growing even more, forgiving, loving, understanding and literally a million "Ah ha" moments where everything is making more sense every day. My mind and heart have been blown wide open to a whole new realm of discovery and possibility. I am forever changed. The Pine Cones in this picture I collected on a walk 2 weeks ago. Each day I have gently turned them in the sun, thanking them for their beauty and allowing them to open to reveal their full selves. This mindfulness practice has kept me focused, brought me joy and wonder, and has allowed me to apply the same Love, patience and gentleness to my own growth. Sometimes it's necessary to take a step back from people or situations to just "be". It's important for your wellbeing to know when you need to retreat & make time for you. Holding space for those you care about is important, you don't need to step back completely unless you feel that is healthiest for all concerned. By holding space you allow them to simply be also, and perhaps in time you will once again connect. Setting boundaries is something we must all be unafraid to do yet is something that feels very hard if we have never been used to it. I am getting better at this and realise how important it is for my own Spiritual growth and wellbeing. Last night a friend I have known for over 20 years got in touch. We haven't spoken for over a year. Prior to that we spoke every day. He had a terrible time a few years back and his marriage ended, his whole world came crashing down. I wanted to always be there to talk and offer support and I did- Regardless of my situation. However, he met someone new and I was so pleased for him. Then all contact stopped, he was so happy and so busy and seemed to forget about our friendship which made me sad. I had times in the past year I would have liked to chat. So when he text out of the blue it was to tell me he was single again. I am sorry things didn't work out but I also realise I am not prepared to be the "occasional" friend to pick up the pieces. I welcome the return of his friendship but this time I will set boundaries to be clear on what I also need from this friendship. Don't allow yourself to be tangled into situations and energies which do not serve your highest good. Your Higher self will always let you know if something doesn't feel right. You can take a break, hold space and still be true to yourself. These situations are also great learning experiences - They teach us to know more about ourselves and others. Giving yourself space and setting boundaries is not selfish as many of us are conditioned to believe. It is healthy and ensures that we all get what we need for our own spiritual development and wellbeing, so that we may continue on our journey through life. Love and Light Friends 💞💫🌞
Good morning beautiful Friends, I am off into nature for the day - Grounding, walking and enjoying the weather. I was tending to my garden yesterday and am super excited to see my Passion Flower plant has an abundance of buds waiting to burst open. Another flower opened yesterday, but one that was open the day before looked like it had died. I felt quite sad - I only bought my Passion Flower a couple of months ago after wanting one for ages and it has grown SO much. I think the flowers look other-wordly and magical ✨ I did some research on the Blooms and found they only last for 1 day. All the hard work and effort this stunning being puts into producing these flowers, for them to only last a day. That does not deter it from continuing to grow - To showcase its flowers in all their glory even only for that one day. That's because it knows that it is all worth it and it is blissfully and simply being in the moment. If we knew we only had 1 day, I'm sure there are things we would do differently: Worry less, love harder, enjoy more. I used to laugh at people when they said "You have to love yourself first" I was taught to say good things / things you love about yourself is being big headed and is a no no. I have realised that I never really loved myself. I spend a lot of time pouring love into other people, animals and things like gardening but never myself. Yesterday I stood in front of the mirror (feeling silly and awkward) with my hand on my heart and I told myself 5 things I loved about me - Something beautiful happened....I felt my heart Chakra fill and expand with love, I felt like I had been given a Spiritual hug 🤗 I never realised before how truly important it is to love yourself, the people I admire are those who already do and are fearless. They embrace being silly, wacky, voicing their opinions - They already have a loving relationship with themselves (If this is you - You rock!) Today has been an emotionally stressful day. I will never claim to fully understand how complex humans are. I have escaped into the evening sunshine in my garden to ground and be in nature once more. It is where I feel most connected to Mother Earth, where I feel I belong. I am sat here next to my bird table and feel priviledged to have such a strong connection to the animal kingdom. The birds come and feed next to me, not afraid of my presence, my dog has learned to understand them too and we all sit side by side at peace. I noticed some tiny details this evening - Blackbirds are messy eaters, they throw the food around picking out what they want and discarding the rest. The doves sit and wait peacefully allowing others to eat first and only then will they feed. They also prefer to feed later in the day. The Starlings feed in one huge group a cacophony of noise like a huge party all eating as fast as possible, while talking - It's a necessity but they have other places to be. The Robin pops in and out for little mouthfuls throughout the day, almost undetected. Quietly going about his business. The Wood pigeons are always hungry - They eat and eat and eat. They don't like to share the table, they bop other birds on the head or chase them away in case they don't get enough. I smiled at these observations- I was shown insight from my Higher Self, the animal kingdom is complex too, full of different personalities and all just trying to survive. I'm letting the emotion go now in gratitude for the learning. We are all at different stages on this journey of life, we act, react, struggle, soar and cope. It's not personal, it's just part of the process! Good morning Friends on this beautiful Summer Solstice. I was looking back through my photos of my birthday getaway and this really spoke to me. I feel like it perfectly captures everything about life's journey for me. Sometimes our path can feel lonely, remember that your Spirit team are always there beside you to offer love and guidance. ~ Een hedendaagse tempel ~ . Ik word onderwezen door de Spirits! . “Huh!? Wat zegt ze nu!?”. . Ja, ik krijg zoveel guidance vanuit het Universum dat ik daar de wijsheid uithaal voor mezelf en ook voor anderen. Daarom voelde het gisteren voor mij ineens als dat ik onderwezen wordt om dit in deze tijd weer nieuw leven in te blazen. (En ook zeker om een vervolg op Lemurië en Atlantis te voorkomen!). En dan vooral past het stuk omtrent het orakel bij mij. Hoe mooi zou het zijn als er een school opgezet wordt waarin verschillende ancient ambachten weer in ere hersteld worden!? Zoals in Atlantis en Egypte?. . Dus een hedendaagse tempel, waarin ancient wisdom overgebracht wordt! . Begin juni startte ik een eigen training omtrent de intuïtieve heldere waarnemingen. I woke up this morning to a very clear message from my Spirit team: "Love is Patient, Love is Kind" This is a powerful message but it also made me laugh. I am finding more and more as my Spiritual journey unfolds, my Spirit team don't hang about with what they want to say- A direct message to remind me to stay on track! 😅 Recently I've found my patience wearing thin, especially with those I love. Feeling frustrated, annoyed and irritated. Sometimes I'm not even sure why, something just rubs me up the wrong way. "Love is Patient" - Everyone is on this Earth right now together physically, however emotionally, mentally and spiritually we are all navigating our existence in a very different way. Our experiences shape our view of the World and our view will never be 100% the same as someone else's. That's OK. Be patient with those around you and remember they are going through their own storm right now. "Love is Kind" - Being kind and allowing people to walk all over you are not the same. It took me a long time to realise boundary setting was OK and necessary for my own wellbeing. Always act from a place of love. This is particularly hard with people who are intentionally hurting or being unkind to others. As long as your intentions come from the heart and you remember to be gentle not only with yourself but also with others while remaining firm in your own alignment, you are acting with purity and love. Do not let your Ego trick you into reacting with hot headed emotion. (This is HARD- I am still learning not to do this!) Finally - Remember to love yourself. You are a beautiful Soul on a wonderful journey, take time to appreciate how far you have come and all that you have learned. Be patient and kind to yourself. How are we all after yesterday's crazy weather? I sat on my bed, looking out of the window yesterday afternoon - Enjoying the warmth of the Sun, the beauty and power of the swirling storm clouds, the oh so heavy yet gentle cleansing rain and the magnificent Sky that broke through once Mother Earth was done cleansing and re-setting for the day. It was a very beautiful couple of hours and during this time I was transported through thoughts of what would make me happy, where is my ideal place to call home. Daydreaming has always been something I've loved, a break from reality into a World that is just how YOU want it. I realised something yesterday - It's NOT a dream, it's a calling from your Higher Self 💡 You know what is best for you, what you need to truly make your heart sing. A dream is a spark igniting within you, being held in that beautiful dream state until you are ready and able to make it your reality. Visit it often, send it love, help it to grow and it will manifest in time. My dream is a simple one, a cosy cottage or a ranch style wooden house with land so I can grow my own herbs, vegetables and be surrounded by trees and flowers. Today is a bit of a dark one but I think it's very important not only as I witness what's going on in my corner of the World, but I've fallen victim to this powerful emotion myself this week. Yesterday was beautiful - It was warm and sunny and I felt pretty happy despite a hectic morning. I made my way into town to drop off the post and the energy was THICK and DARK - There was so much anger: Road rage because people couldn't wait just one moment for a gap in traffic, strangers actually yelling at each other over nothing, people getting annoyed at having to queue - The list goes on! I was shocked & saddened by this, surely now more restrictions are being lifted people should be happy?! When I got home I started to look inward and ask Spirit why - The reason is FEAR, they are afraid for what comes next, some people have lost so much in this last year - Family, friends, jobs. Nothing is set in stone and we feel stuck, afraid to look forward in case our hopes are dashed. Humanity is a pressure cooker full of stress, sadness, anger and raw emotion about to explode. Fear is very powerful, it isolates us and makes us live in our heads, we react but cannot act, it causes segregation and mistrust which can lead to our own dishonesty in order for self preservation, we lash out in survival mode and fear can actually cause us to become sick and trigger disease. I get it, I really do. I feel sad that I've missed out on so much time with loved ones. Back last year Spirit told me "Brighter Days Will come" and I truly believe this. The Universe has your back - It always does, the storm HAS TO PASS and love ALWAYS wins, the light ALWAYS overcomes the darkness. Happy Friday! This is not the post I had planned for today... I'm dealing with a situation right now that is trying to make me conform to something I don't align with in my business. I was thinking about it at 6:30am this morning. I am often gifted advice in the form of music which is beautiful but also I feel is a little cheeky, as Spirit knows it will be stuck in my head all day so that message is definitely getting through! 🤣🤣 The song I received today is just the chorus of "Make your own kind of music", an upbeat 60s song sung famously by Cass Elliot. This made me smile because I always have done my own thing when it comes to fashion, which music / films I like, hair colour, piercings etc I never really followed the crowd, but I felt happier doing it that way so why oh why do I feel pressured to conform with my business?! Everything will work out as it should. Trust the process. Good morning Friends, Update 2 of my beautiful time in nature with my Spirit team. How many of you chat to your Spirit team as friends, as though they were right next to you? You should, because they are! 🥰 I chat away to mine about anything and everything, tell them about my worries, the things I am grateful for, areas of myself I want to improve. This day I was calling upon them and Archangel Michael to cut the energetic cords that bind me to past traumas & those people & energies who no longer serve me. I thank them for their learning and ask that we now move out of each others energy fields. It was really windy and I was asking them and Mother Earth to allow the wind to clear old energies from this and past lives, to re-balance my Chakras and allow my energy to flow freely. Suddenly I could literally "see" all the swirling portals of my chakras and feel them pulsating and spinning rapidly, I felt overcome with emotion and love, like a huge spiritual hug. It's honestly one of the most amazing and beautiful things I have ever witnessed. I felt lighter and clearer - like a huge spring clean of my body and energy. I spend a lot of time speaking with my Spirit team when I am driving in the country. I was speaking today about the energy and changes going on right now. I felt out of alignment today and frustrated. The song "Wouldn't it be good" came on the radio and it's a song I love, but today the chorus was amplified and I got my answer! We all sometimes feel other people are living their best life while we struggle, feel that the grass is greener, wish things could be different. The truth is everyone is experiencing life but differently, everyone has things they struggle with, everyone admires qualities in other people that they may not feel they possess themselves... BUT - All you need is within YOU, the light always overcomes the darkness, be present in the NOW and just know that the Universe has your back. Everything is unfolding as it should. I have learned so much in the last year about surrendering and I'm a control freak that likes to know just how everything will play out before I commit. I've realised that's not how things work and I'm learning to trust the process. It's freeing. I had a beautiful message last year from my Spirit team - "You are where you need to be right now". Every time I look over the other side of the fence - I remind myself of this. In October 2020 I spent a day working at the beach. I needed to escape, to get back to nature while still fulfilling my work duties. I was speaking with my Spirit team about the pandemic, the stresses on humanity and in all honesty I felt hopeless and helpless. The beautiful message that I received was "Brighter Days Will Come" It gave me a feeling of exhaling and letting go, I felt in that moment that no matter what human clashes were going on in the World, Mother Earth is always there, finding her way to put things as they should be. I felt calmer and brighter then, and as we move in to 2021, I still do.
