Left is 2019 about 2 weeks out from turning pro. Super strict diet and training back incorrectly for years. On the right is last week before boarding a cruise, no strict diet just consistency and training back correctly. Thanks to my guy @saburfavors for really helping dial in my back training, it’s made a crazy difference as you can see and to my coach @_cutz_ for teaching me so much about nutrition and how to manipulate my diet and body to get the most of it. He is the goat 🐐 for a reason. After seeing these comparisons it sure makes me curious what @_cutz_ and I can put together if we decide to pick a show and pull the trigger. It’s been two long years!! Two years since I even thought about stepping back on stage and competing in men’s physique. Honestly I was at a point to where I was ready to put bodybuilding behind me and move forward with life. I wrestled with the idea of whether I wanted to do it again and I’d go back and forth with it many times as you guys saw 😂. But this time I’m clear about it. In 2024 I’m going to compete again and continue my journey to a potential pro card. I’m even more proud to announce I’ll be doing it under team @_cutz_ . Second best day of the week, back day. Started with 3 sets of pullovers/face pulls to warm up. 1st video is block pulls. (Basically heavy ass vertical pullovers 🤣). 2nd movement was DB rows, love/hate these. 3rd video is the chest supported row machine.
