Unfortunately, we aren’t all wired to think the same, and so we do have to train our brains to focus on the positives. It is hard, and it is a journey, but trust me, the process is SO WORTH IT!! Besides… what’s the benefit of always thinking negatively? Literally nothing. Don’t even try to think of an excuse, or benefit, you won’t find one. Gratitude allows us to focus on the things in front of us, and to be more in the present moment. Gratitude shows us that life can be beautiful still, even when everything seems to be going wrong. 💜🧡So, don’t misunderstand me. We are all human…all have feelings and we need to acknowledge and express them when they arise. It is ULTRA important to release them so they don’t sit inside of us festering and causing a myriad of other problems. They NEED to be released – it’s healing. Sometimes we feel down or sad, or angry, or sometimes fearful and anxious and sometimes when there is so much going on in our worlds, we forget to be thankful. And being thankful can just be appreciating some of Mother Earth’s finest work, as outlined in the post. Often engagement with nature is all we need to feel ourselves again, to lessen the impact of whatever we have going on, or to simply feel supported in feeling and expressing. And in seeing the simple miracles around us that we forget about when we are upset. And if you are not GUSHING with gratitude in that moment, it's okay, but maybe sit in Mother Earth’s lap and feel her loving, nurturing, grounding, healing energy. Ich denke… … die „perfekte“ Person zum Lieben wirst du nicht finden. Man wird niemanden finden, der alle Qualitäten, die man sich wünscht, hat. So funktioniert das nicht. Der Trick besteht darin, jemanden zu finden, der einen versteht. Und anziehend findet, wahnsinnig gerne neben dir einschläft und aufwacht. Der bereit ist, zu lernen und deine Fehler und Laster akzeptiert. Der über all das hinweg schaut und dich liebt, so wie du bist. Das ist es, worum es geht. Jemandem zu begegnen, der dich akzeptiert, egal wie vertrackt deine Vergangenheit ist. Jemand, der für dich da sein will und bereit ist zuzuhören um gemeinsam zu wachsen. Und umgekehrt natürlich auch. Darum geht es in echten Beziehungen. Annahme und Toleranz. Der beidseitige Wille, dass es funktioniert und hält, weil man gemeinsam nach vorne schaut, auch wenns mal holprig ist und weh tut. Die Dinge, die der Klebstoff sind, sollte man sich immer wieder vor Augen führen. Der ist vielleicht so besonders, dass ein paar Makel dadurch wet gemacht werden. Man sollte sicherstellen, dass sich beide geliebt, geschätzt und gesehen fühlen.
