While reading this book, I felt disgusted, horrified, angry, annoyed, and frustrated. And because of all those feelings, I initially decided that I hated this book. But, as time passed and I sat with the plot, the characters, and the topic, I realized how good this book was. It was so believable, and so well written - of course it sucked me in and made me feel really uncomfortable. Overall, I do think this book is really good! But did I like reading it? I have to piggy back off @haddyracksnyc when I say “ you were the magic behind my music.” You engineered and mastered all my albums. Since we met you did nothing but level me up, helped me find my sound in recording and sat with me and taught me to harmonize and lay vocals down the right way.
