Yes, to have more, you must let go of the idea that you deserve less. And it's a whole different journey to be able to come to terms with the idea that you deserve more.👇 You will have bumps in the way, you will fall down a million times because the idea that you deserve less and small has been so hardwired that it sometimes seems almost impossible to show even a speck of faith in yourself and the idea that you deserve more. But that doesn't mean that it's not possible, it's very much possible, it's as much possible for you as it is for anyone else in this world. Try to recognise statements, words, patterns that you repeat in life that reinforce the idea that you deserve less or that makes you feel that something is way out of your reach. Recognise them, acknowledge them, reflect on them, try to understand as to where have you picked them from and forgive yourself for having them. Reclaim your power back and turn those patterns around, word by word, action by action, don't be too hard on yourself while doing it. Yesterday morning while getting ready for netball Milli (13) asked me to play Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5 ~ in shock that she even knew the song ~ I jumped on Spotify and cranked it up! We sang and danced around the kitchen having breakfast and I didn’t think much of it. When we jumped in the car to head to netball, it started playing again, so yep we cranked it again and once again sang our hearts out. This time however, the lyrics really hit home… to the point where at the end of the song, I paused Spotify and chatted with Bella and Milli about the lyrics. There are so many reasons I love RF! I tell you all the time, I know. But it's true! And it's changed my life for the better. First and dear to me is because RF gave me skin I love!! For THE FIRST TIME in my life. I NEVER EVER EVER even liked my skin.. I liked make up because it covered my skin. But now I seriously love my skin. Only took 40 years but hey I'm here! And I'm proof, you can love yours too! And... That monthly check isn't so bad either! Especially now. I swear my food bills have doubled and every damn thing is more expensive. Thankfully I have an extra paycheck that helps. I LOVE contributing to my family. Before RF I was pinching pennies, trying to stretch that part - time paycheck. I don't have to do that anymore! I get a significant extra monthly paycheck that makes me do a happy dance 💃💃💃! Tell me, if you use RF or are a consultant - why do you love RF?

Not been feeling my shiniest lately and although sooo much better I want MORE so I am being super kind to myself. Radical self care. At the moment that means alot of vitc and prioritising sleep and easy healthy meals. And this - all of this - is why you're unable to see any other option for you beyond the accepted way of doing things. It isn't your fault. So when you start to explore options beyond the 'usual' next-career-move-climb-the-ladder scenario it can feel a bit weird. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁? 😬 This is by far the hardest question for me to answer since my school days. Anyone else not know what they want? 🙋♀️ I have a few tips on figuring it out 🥳 𝟏.) 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨? - look through some of your most cherished items, saved photos, etc. I use my pinterest feed for this a lot. It helps me remember that I love the ocean, trying new recipes, positive mindset quotes and so on. 𝟐.) 𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥? - think about what areas you like to give most or wish you could give more. This can be small or big, some people want to be able to volunteer with animal shelters, others want to help busy moms take time for themselves, and others still want to feed and clothe hungry kids or teach teens about the option of learning a trade vs standard university degrees. I found that I want to teach others how to gain success/reach their goals more efficiently. I discovered this by looking through old conversations and also at some of my pinterest boards. 𝟑.) 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠? - I know this seems like a different topic, 𝘉𝘜𝘛 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦... knowing what holds you back helps create a pathway to getting where you want to go. In my small dream collage, I noticed the thing most 'in my way' was 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲... so what will help fix that? A different job with better or flexible hours? A nanny to help with kids so other things get done easier or faster? A maid to help with the house so I can focus on my craft? A shorter commute?
