PLEASE READ, SHARE & help! This is emergent! I am a palliative end of life care patient. I am disabled & chronically ill wheelchair user. We recently lost our car that was purchased particularly for me & to get me to my DAILY infusions + antibiotics, medical appointments, the emergency room, DAILY infusions & etc . We need help losing our car, made up spiral financially & I do work from my hospital room but it's not much I can't transition fully to outpatient palliative end of life care until I have reliable transportation to my treatments, able to get my medications & to hire a part time caregiver while my main one is at work. I need to go to treatment everyday for my infusions, which is a 2.5 hr round trip. The rideshare is over $100 each way. I also need to get to the hospital, emergency room & to make our monthly trips to get some of my pain medications which is About a 2 hour round trip. My caregiver needs to be able to get to work, she's a teacher, in special education. If we can get to $300, we can get another rental for the next week.
