With my background in Marketing, I understand that it’s essential to stand out from your competitors. So, when someone recently asked me “how I’m different” than other Realtors, the first thing that popped in my mind is “I put my money where my mouth is.” A current example of this… when people tell me they want to wait to buy real estate due to the current prices and interest rates, I point out that if/when the interest rates come down, buyer demand will significantly increase which will cause home prices to increase as well. My advice? Buy now. Purchase what you can afford, and then when/if the interest rates come down, you can refinance. But at least you got it at today’s price because prices in Flathead County are definitely not coming down. I’m currently purchasing investment properties. I’m paying today’s prices and today’s interest rates. Today marks the end of National Park Week, a celebration of all the amazing parks throughout the country. My love for the National Parks started at a young age. Growing up, our family vacations were always camping trips in Yosemite (before it was crazy popular and nearly impossible to get campsites like it is these days). My earliest memories of freedom on a bike started there, as my cousins and I would take off on our bikes, exploring the park on our own. My love for exploring National Parks via bike continues today and I feel so fortunate to have ridden in some of the most spectacular places!
