Good morning Yosemite ☀️ I shot this one a couple months ago when I skied out to shoot the firefall. We got some turns in fresh powder skiing down alongside Sentinel Dome on the way to our camp. Would’ve been an epic one if the sunset popped off this day but thankfully we were there for another night. Currently visiting my wife’s family in the states so we headed up into Yosemite National Park yesterday to go for a run/walk around the giant sequoias at Mariposa Grove. Yosemite Falls | водопад Йосемити (8.5 часов) позавчера меня очень жёстко укачало в машине, я к этому привыкла и вроде как подготовлена, но на этот раз ни мятные конфеты, ни жвачки, ни специальные наклейки за уши не помогли. День начался рано и с овсянкой на воде, от 3х ложек которой меня уже потянуло выблевать её наружу. Да и, честно говоря, ехала я на этот хайк в то утро уже с маленькой мыслью, что скорее всего я на гору не заберусь, хотя ещё 24ч назад я не могла заткнуться про эту гору и думала, что поднимусь туда самой первой 🏃🏻♀️➡️ Хайк всего(!) 5.6км, НО, это больше чем 915 метров в высоту, а это почти 280 этажей вверх 😭 на старте сразу предупреждение сколько воды на человека, мы были подготовлены, рюкзаки, палки, кепки, тд. Дорога вверх это камни или грязь и песок, дождей в этом году было предостаточно так что было много ручейков от водопада, и на самом деле это было даже страшновато... там настолько крутые повороты и обрывы,что если поскользнулся, то...я даже представлять не хочу. Лезли мы наверх дольше, чем планировали (не по нашей вине), но как только все разрешилось мы стартанули из-зо всех сил что остались после 3х часов ползаний,... и угадайте кто забрался на самый верх быстрее всех!? Я!🏆 со стонами и с пустым желудком в кот.булькали 3 ложки каши, я залезла наверх 🦵🏼 Сверху вид прекрасен, весь парк, люди сидят, лежат, спят, кушают, но единственное,что я хотела это лечь и поднять свои ноги (надо чтобы они были выше сердца, чтобы помочь сердцу циркулировать кровь) 🫀 но полежать мне так удалось только минут 10, потому что наверху было ТАК холодно, снег, ветер, а вся моя одежда была мокрой 💦 мы по быстрому закинули рюкзаки и *побежали вниз* 🏃🏻♀️➡️ Угадайте сколько ЧАСОВ, заняло спуститься вниз с этой горы...? 🥁🥁 3 часа 13 минут. ..ТРИ ЧАСА! это было очень жёстко, хуже чем подниматься ×100 раз страшнее. Палки это просто спасение, весь свой вес я опиралась на палки, лишь бы мои ноги не болели на след.день 💪🏼🦵🏼 В карусели фото в начале хайка, на самом верху и в самом конце хайка. Это САМОЕ жёсткое физическое испытание что я делала в своей жизни 😭👏🏼 П.с.я дома, в кроватке, единственное что болит это икры 👏🏼 это победа!

Yosemite. As is typical of the spring, the water levels were high this past week in the Merced River. That meant a huge volume of water flowing over the various waterfalls in Yosemite Valley, and also fast moving water, large waves and rapids in the Merced River itself. Happy Memories - While walking along the Valley Loop, Forest wanted to divert to the river. We were in a campground, so I let him lead the way. He brought us to this spot for one of my favorite photos of the trip. Doesn’t exactly scream “Yosemite”, but it will always remind me of the time Fofo showed me a great scene while enjoying the afternoon in the Park. #yosemite #yosemitenationalpark
