САНСКРИТ – ЯЗЫК АЮРВЕДЫ В аюрведических учебных заведениях используют санскрит, раскрывая множество значений одних и тех же понятий. Часто трактовки расходятся даже у маститых ученых. Это происходит потому, что грамматика санскрита чрезвычайно сложна и архаична. Этот язык считается одним из самых гибких с точки зрения трактовки значений слова. Все усложняется тем, что единой системы письменности для санскрита не существует. В древние времена литературные произведения передавались обычно устно. Когда же возникала необходимость записать текст, использовался местный алфавит. Старейшая система письменности для санскрита называется брахми. На брахми написан уникальный памятник древнеиндийской истории – «Надписи Ашоки» (III век до н. э.). Примерно к тому же периоду относится письменность кхароштхи. С IV по VIII века н. э. основным типом письменности стал гупта. С VIII века начинает формироваться письменность шарада, а в XII веке ее сменила деванагари. Санскрит следует рассматривать не как язык какого-либо народа, а как язык определенной культуры, распространенный исключительно в среде элиты, начиная со времен античности. Так же, как латынь и греческий язык на Западе, санскрит на Востоке в последующие века стал языком межкультурного общения уч6ных и религиозных деятелей. Hombros y intestinos ✨Los hombros son considerados en Ayurveda como la sede de Vata, uno de los tres doshas o energías fundamentales del cuerpo. Vata está relacionado con el movimiento y la fluidez, y su equilibrio adecuado es esencial para la salud general. Cuando Vata está desequilibrado, los hombros pueden volverse tensos, rígidos o dolorosos. Esto puede reflejar una acumulación de estrés emocional o físico, que puede afectar la digestión y el funcionamiento adecuado del intestino. El intestino, por otro lado, es visto como el asiento principal de Agni, el fuego digestivo responsable de la transformación de los alimentos en nutrientes. Según el Ayurveda, un Agni fuerte y equilibrado es esencial para la salud en general. Cuando Agni está desequilibrado, puede llevar a problemas digestivos como la indigestión, la acumulación de toxinas (ama) y la mala absorción de nutrientes. La conexión entre los hombros y el intestino es significativa en Ayurveda. El estrés y la tensión en los hombros pueden indicar un desequilibrio en Vata, lo que a su vez puede afectar la función digestiva. Por otro lado, una digestión deficiente puede aumentar la acumulación de toxinas en el cuerpo, contribuyendo a la rigidez en los hombros y otros problemas asociados con Vata. In my previous post on asanas, I highlighted the significance of the High Lunge. In this post I am looking at “Low Lunge,” sometimes referred to as “Anjanasana.” Low Lunge can allow one to delve deeper into introspection. While seemingly passive, engaging in this pose offers profound insights and feedback, enhancing both lower body strength and upper body fluidity. Transitioning into a low lunge from a high lunge involves bringing the back knee and top of the foot down while anchoring through the back foot to distribute weight evenly and alleviate knee pressure. Maintaining alignment principles in the low lunge opens up various possibilities. One transition I particularly enjoy during the Spring season is Ardha Hanumanasana, or Half Splits Pose, paying homage to Hanuman, the revered Hindu deity celebrated for his unwavering devotion and strength. This pose, reminiscent of Hanuman’s legendary leap, not only fosters physical flexibility but also inner resilience and spiritual strength. To transition into Ardha Hanumanasana from a low lunge, gradually walk your hands back while lifting the ball of the front foot and straightening the leg. Soften the front knee as the torso extends over the leg, ensuring the back hip aligns with the knee at about a 90-degree angle. Take care to maintain weight distribution along the shin of the back leg through the top of the back foot to protect the knee. For an added challenge, interlace fingers at the low back all while staying attuned to the breath and Four Points of Alignment. Kontrolle versus Ausrichtung . Der Begriff Kontrolle ist manchmal etwas negativ behaftet. Zuviel davon kann behindernd, einengend und demotivierend werden und zuwenig davon ist meist so garnicht zielführend. Die persönliche, innere und motivationsmäßige Ausrichtung ist immer wieder wichtig. Ausrichtung ist ein Prozess bei dem man seine Aktivitäten, Ressourcen und Ziele immer wieder anpasst um langfristigen Erfolg zu erreichen. Ein wichtiges Begleitinstrument dazu ist sicher die Analyse und Selbstreflektion. Sometimes I think we forget that we get to choose what mood we are going to have. Perhaps this is because we say that we are « in » a certain mood, as though we just stumbled into a certain mood and could not find our way out. The exciting, and sometimes annoying truth, is that our moods are our choice. While it is obviously appropriate to have a variety of emotions there are often times when we find ourselves cranky or morose or whatever for no purpose. Just reminding myself and you that, like flipping a light switch, you can just choose to be in a good mood…or neutral.

Neues lernen, kreativ sein, mutig ausprobieren und intuitiv arbeiten - das ist es, was ich so sehr liebe 🧡. Hey, so schön, dass du hier bist! Vor mehr als 8 Jahren habe ich den Sprung ins eiskalte Wasser gewagt, meinen sicheren Job gekündigt um ein eigenes Yogastudio zu eröffnen. Das war mein Weg in die Freiheit. Seitdem bin ich selbständig als Yogalehrerin und Ayurveda-Frauenbegleiterin. Keinen Tag davon habe ich bereut! Ganz im Gegenteil. Ich liebe meine Arbeit sehr, vor allem die Ganzheitlichkeit und den individuellen Aspekt. Ideen sprudeln nur so aus mir raus, da ist sehr viel Feuer und luftige Energie. Wie gut, dass Ayurveda und Yoga meine Erde, mein Halt sind. Aber nicht nur das. Meine Leidenschaft ist, beide Schwestern-Lehren miteinander zu verbinden. So entstand 2020 die Fortbildung AYURVEDA trifft YOGA. Damals als reines Basismodul. Später kamen immer mehr Inhalte hinzu und Anfang 2023 dann eine komplette Überarbeitung und Vertiefung auf umfassende, spannende 4 Module. Es ist wirklich ein Geschenk, dass ich Ayurveda und Yoga ganz undogmatisch, mit ganz viel Freude und vor allem praktischen Impulsen mit Yogalehrerinnen teilen kann, die mehr möchten als den regulären Yogakurs. Die ganzheitlich und langfristig Frauen begleiten möchten. Mir sind Flexibilität, ein gutes Zeitmanagement, Struktur und Übersicht genauso wichtig wie Kreativität und praxisnahes lernen. Ich möchte nicht stundenlang vorm PC sitzen und langweilige Theorie lesen ohne sie anzuwenden. Stattdessen mag ich eigene Erfahrungen machen und diese weitergeben. Das ist ein Grund warum neben Live-Aufzeichnungen auch viele Audiosequenzen auf dich warten für leichtes lernen im Alltag. Denn daraus entstehen direkt wundervolle Ideen für deine Arbeit und dein Wirken als Yogalehrerin. In meiner Arbeit gibt es kein schwarz-weiß. Kein entweder-oder. Kein nur Yoga oder nur Ayurveda. Alles ist ständig miteinander in Verbindung. Es fühlt sich fließend und leicht an. Du bist von 🧡 eingeladen diese Erfahrung auch zu machen und Ayurveda-Yoga für dich zu entdecken. Sebastian leads the Traditional Thai Massage and Bodywork curriculum in our @‌thaivedic 200 Hour Holistic Yoga Therapy Training. He is a gifted teacher and a master at what he does. When we acknowledge the qualities and elements at play in our external and internal environments, we can make choices for how we eat, move, and relate to each other that helps us embrace change rather than resist it. . In this workshop, you'll learn an embodied movement practice rooted in hatha yoga that specifically works to balance the properties and doshas dominant in the spring season. The main focus will be circulation—of prana, of fluids, of attention, of heat—as a way to balance the tendency toward stagnation that can happen in the body and mind after the winter season. Imagine piles of snow and ice after a big storm: without the proper channels for elimination and movement, not even the brightest sun can clear things out. . The sequence we do together will comprise multiple sections that can be "stand alone" mini-practices to use depending on how much time you have or your physical and energetic needs for the day.
