The Indian Scops Owl - a treat to see as much as they are to hear. The sound they make is much gentler than compared to barn owls (swipe for sound), being a 'hoot' rather than a screech. After a disastrous monsoon it’s time to fully gear for the upcoming winter season. Back in the days before the world was taken over by the matrix when man lived in caves or even camps winters were to be braced. The cold winds and short food supply was a challenge.
