A uwierzcie - nie było łatwo je zdobyć! Krótko mówiąc: jeśli myślicie o nieszablonowym prezencie dla konesera wina / miłośnika pięknych przedmiotów / pasjonata, który doceni wino powstałe wersji limitowanej - to Brand New Wine 2019 z winnicy @winnicamoderna jest przedmiotem pożądania, którego szukacie! Brand New Wein 2019 to spontanicznie fermentujący johanniter macerowany na skórkach przez 4 tygodnie i dojrzewający w stalowym zbiorniku. Nieklarowany, niefiltrowany (!). Jego opakowanie jest wyjątkowe - dokładnie tak jak zawartość. Wino trafiło do butelki nazywanej stłuczką, pochodzącej w 100% z recyklingu. Tak więc wszystkie butelki Brand New Wine 2019 pochodzą z recyklingu i zostały przetopione w hucie szkła na nowe opakowania. Równie wyjątkowe i nietypowe są etykiety autorstwa Łukasza Palucha. A teraz przejdźmy do wnętrza. Powszechnie uważa się, że rocznik 2019 był jednym z najlepszych dla winogron w ostatniej dekadzie. Powstało wino - nie bójmy się tego słowa - znakomite. W nosie na prowadzenie wybijają się intensywne aromaty pigwy i moreli, do których dołączają po chwili nuty herbaciane i ziołowe (z rumiankiem na czele!), intensyfikuje się aromat miodu i wosku pszczelego. Całość wieńczy naprawdę dłuuugi finisz pełen krągłych owoców. Temu winu dobrze robi nieco wyższa temperatura - w miarę ogrzewania w kieliszku otwierają się nowe aromaty. Tak więc spokojnie można je pić w temperaturze 12-13 stopni (co potwierdza w swoim artykule @maciej__nowicki ) To wino znakomicie radzi sobie solo - jako niezastąpiony towarzysz wieczorów z książką lub z przyjaciółmi. Nie bójcie się po nie sięgać nie mając na podorędziu kolacji czy obiadu - samodzielnie "zrobi Wam wieczór". . The base wine was fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperatures to preserve the freshness of the fruit. . The secondary fermentation is performed in bottle and left to age on lees for 4 years, a process called méthode champenoise. . At disgorging - timelapsed here - a signature final touch was added using a dosage liquor from a 2016 late harvest aged Roussanne, providing this sparkling wine with added complexity and structure. This wine was carefully hand riddled and hand disgorged without freezing. Šuqštay has truly been a labor of love for Tara, and all of us at Team Kitá. . This 2016 Sparkling Roussanne is 100% varietal and one of only a handful of Sparkling Roussannes in the world. The base wine was fermented in stainless steel vats at at low temperatures to preserve the freshness of the fruit. . The secondary fermentation is performed in bottle and left to age on lees for 4 years, a process called méthode champenoise. . At disgorging, a signature final touch was added using a dosage liquor from a 2016 late harvest aged Roussanne, providing this sparkling wine with added complexity and structure. This wine was carefully hand riddled and hand disgorged without freezing. . I have been excited ever since it arrived, to open my bottle of @brose.world Grandeur Provence 🍷💜. This Brosé rosé is more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, move over Whispering Angel, I have a new favourite how. Within seconds of opening this wine, I knew I was going to love it, it's so beautiful and aromatic and I can definitely tell grapefruit is there in the background. I adore rosé wine in summer.... and winter and all of the time but mainly summer, it has to be a dry rosé for me, I cannot stand anything too sweet (because I'm already sweet enough) this wine is definitely a bit of me and I'm going to be buying myself a box of 50393828283 🍷. Splendida espressione di Syrah proveniente da un unico vigneto che verrà prodotto solo nelle migliori annate 🍷 Ci troviamo nel comprensorio di Camporeale (PA), ad una altitudine di circa 350 metri s.l.m. su un terreno prettamente argilloso e con una esposizione del vigneto che guarda a nord-est. Ma andiamo all’assaggio 🍷 Il vino presenta grande piacevolezza e finezza gusto-olfattiva. Al naso sprigiona note di frutta rossa, macchia mediterranea, cappero, liquirizia e tabacco. Il sorso è pieno, avvolgente e mostra un grande equilibrio tra struttura, potenza ed eleganza. Tannino nobile e finale sapido.
